This is a beautiful studio located in the rear of a 1930's single home. It is the perfect place to unwind and relax. You'll walk in through the private entrance to a spacious entry and unpack. The needle and tuft king size mattress makes it easy to sink in and enjoy your stay. While you are here feel welcome to catch up on shows on the Smart TV from the comfort of the couch or bed. The studio boasts a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.

The space
The studio is very spacious and in a great location. It is equipped with fresh towels and plenty of storage. There are several blankets to get cozy. The studio is beautifully updated but older so you will find unique characteristics from when it was built, like the gorgeous hallway door and vintage door locks. An electric fireplace is also provided to give additional control over room temperature. The location is perfect if you are in town for business or vacation.

It is located a block away from several restaurants and KU Med Center. You will find the 39th Street Shopping district within a few blocks that include shopping, music, coffee shops, and many other attractions. If you get hungry several restaurants are within a 3 minute walk.

Other things to note
The front portion of the house is also an airbnb and will have guests stay. Please park on the further right side of the driveway. There is also street parking in front in the evenings after 5 pm.

Lastly we have wifi camera security system on the exterior part of the house facing the driveway and front of the house.
