About this listing
I'm David, I'm 33 years old, living in a nice 3 bedrooms flat in Peckham / East Dulwich, in "Bellenden Village". I'm renting the flat as a 2 beds flat when I am away for up to 5 persons.
My name is David, I'm 33 years old, living in a nice 2 bedroom flat near London East Dulwich, in "Bellenden Village".
The two bedrooms overlook the garden - so they are extremely quite and peaceful! 2 double beds (as per pictures) and a blow up mattress for the 5th person that can be installed in one of the bedrooms.
A flat, but really almost a house: the entrance on the ground floor, very nice living room and kitchen on the first floor and the 3 bedrooms + bathroom on the second floor! There is also has a backgarden (private section of the garden) - really great in the summer but not always in a useable state though.
This is the perfect place if you want to visit busy London but enjoy a "village like" area, with nice pubs, cafes and even a fantastic chocolate shop serving the best hot chocolates I've ever had.
- Living room
- 2 bedrooms (1 double bed in each + 1 blow up mattress if needed)

My flat is between 2 stations - very central in zone 2!
Peckham Rye station: about 6-7min walk from the flat - it takes 9minutes to London Bridge, 8minites to Canada Water (the Jubilee line), and 12 to 15min to Victoria. There are tens of busses as well, including 24h busses to places like Picadilly Circus or Oxford Street, or Shoreditch.
East Dulwich station: about 5-6min walk from the flat - but what you gain in the walk, you lose in the transport! About 10min to London Bridge. Also direct busses to Waterloo, Vauxhall and more central like Covent Garden
Other Things to Note
