My name is David, I'm 31 years old, living in a nice 3 bedroom flat near London East Dulwich, in "Bellenden Village". As I'm living on my own, I've decided to rent 1 or 2 nice double bedrooms to visitors!
The two bedrooms overlook the garden - so they are extremely quite and peaceful!
A flat, but really almost a house: the entrance on the ground floor, very nice living room and kitchen on the first floor and the 3 bedrooms + bathroom on the second floor! There is also has a backgarden (private section of the garden) - really great in the summer!
This is the perfect place if you want to visit busy London but enjoy a "village like" area, with nice pubs, cafes and even a fantastic chocolate shop serving the best hot chocolates I've ever had!
You'll be sharing the flat with me - I'm very respectful and would expect the same from my guests!
Price (if you share with me): this price excludes some AirBnb fees - also a little more expensive on WEs:
- £32 per night for 1 person
- £45 per night for 2 persons in 1 double bedroom
- £64 per night for 2 persons in 2 double bedrooms
- £75 per night for 3 persons - using 2 double bedrooms
- £83 per night for 4 persons - using 2 double bedrooms
+30% for sole use = when I am not sharing the flat with you! In such cases, my friend and housekeeper Sharon will be welcoming you!
My flat is between 2 stations - very central in zone 2!
Peckham Rye station: about 6-7min walk from the flat - it takes 9minutes to London Bridge, 8minites to Canada Water (the Jubilee line), and 12 to 15min to Victoria. There are tens of busses as well, including 24h busses to places like Picadilly Circus or Oxford Street, or Shoreditch.
East Dulwich station: about 5-6min walk from the flat - but what you gain in the walk, you lose in the transport! About 10min to London Bridge. Also direct busses to Waterloo, Vauxhall and more central like Covent Garden
The house rules are fairly simple - treat my home as you would your own - by which I mean relax, feel at home and use my home as a base to enjoy this great city!
I am expecting every guest to behave in a friendly and respectful manner - and you can of course expect the same for me!
Just to be very clear, for insurance purposes, please be aware that you will be under the obligation to pay me for damages, theft or losses for anything in my property.

Sorry for this formality - but this really needed to be clearly stated! I hope it has not made you change your mind! It really should not!
A lovely flat in a very convenient location. David was extremely welcoming, the flat was fantastic, and free on street parking was a real bonus.
David's place was in a great location for us, as it is in our own neighbourhood! The house is clean, spacious and the beds are very comfy. We would happily stay there again
The flat is very much like in the pictures. The neighborhood is cute and quiet. There are a handful of restaurants a short walk away that serve delicious food. The Peckham Rye train station is a 10 minute walk away.
We had the flat to ourselves for the first 2 nights and David was home for the last 2 nights. David is very nice and welcoming. We enjoyed our visit to Peckham. Thanks David!
David's place was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. He was very clear with his instructions and his London guide was incredibly helpful for first time navigators. He even helped me get set up with transportation to and from the airport. My family and I had a great experience staying here. Thank you very much for everything!
My band's stay in London couldn't have been better. David was a fantastic host (though he wasn't around because we rented the entire unit). David provided us with a list of cool places to go and all of the fun local pubs and things to do...none of that boring tourist stuff! He even bought us breakfast supplies and have us towels and extra sleeping accommodations! He's an absolutely wonderful man, and his cleaning lady is just as charming. Lovely people!
David was exceptional with allowing a large group of younger people take over the beautiful flat. It was amazing to have a home for a week in London, and the neighborhood was so much fun! We really fell in love with the apartment and the area! We would absolutely stay with David again and would recommend the experience to everyone!
The reservation was canceled 28 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
We had a good stay at David´s place. The flat is just a few minutes walk from the Peckham Rye station. The surrounding area has some nice little shops and good pubs. The flat itself was in good condition, besides of the kitchen could have been a bit cleaner, but we guess that was because Sharon did not have enough time to clean properly as we checked in at an earlier time than normally and the other guests before us just left. Thanks again David and Sharon for letting us earlier in the flat and that we could do an later check-out as well. All in all we had a great time in London and would definitely recommend David´s place.
