It was a very pleasant stay! The house is superbly built with very good facilities, in a quiet neighbourhood. The breakfast was very good and I enjoyed very much the company of Indira and Sagun. I can only recommend staying there!

Indira and Shagun are amazing hosts. The facility they have is truly World standard. Every little thing in the house is done with impeccable detailing. They have a very tasteful, neat way of managing things and take care of all possible needs that any guest can have. Not to miss, is the delectable food that Indira cooks from the stock sourced off her all-organic kitchen garden. It was the best food that we had on our trip. And their insights on local culture and must do things were a great help too. We had a great time with them and would love to stay again if we ever come to Nepal. Thanks, Saksham and Aditi

The family were very kind and welcoming, offering to help in any way they could. They provide excellent organic breakfast and main meals on demand (not in basic price). The house is a good, spacious construction, with a garden.

Staying in Indira's Eco B & B was like a dream. The space itself is beautiful, so much natural, bright light with minimally-designed furnishings, looking out to a well-kept, lush and green garden, or off to the mountains - all the furniture is incredibly comfortable, its a space that you don't want to leave. But leave you can, because the house is super well placed in a very safe and central area of Kathmandu. If you want to know anything about Kathmandu whether it be cultural traditions, religious and heritage sites, art galleries, markets, shopping - or tours, flights and out of city adventures, Indira and her partner Sagun will give you the right advice. The service is amazing, excellent healthy and organic home-cooked meals, and great coffee and tea to give you that caffeine kick for the day. This listing is really great value for money, they really go above and beyond for you making you feel more like a friend than a guest. I loved getting to know Indira and her family, and I can't wait to come back again for my next visit!

Hi I'm Indira, I am from Kathmandu, my husband Sagun is a freelance tour guide and I have a lovely daughter of 11 years. I am fond of dancing and listening to music, I enjoy cooking Indian, Nepali and Continental Food, you can also learn cooking local food in my house.

My favourite place to visit in Nepal is Pokhara, which is well known for the majestic Annapurna Himalayan range, I also enjoy Chitwan National Park, Bhaktapur Historic City Center where the movie Little Buddha was filmed in Kathmandu Valley, and Lumbini which is the birth place of Buddha.

I'm a local in Kathmandu, and as such I can provide information on your stay here, including; assistance with arranging all kinds of local tours and transport (domestic and International flights), providing tips about local shopping spots. I am available to chat and answer any questions you may have about your stay, and at the same time I provide enough privacy for my guests.

I love meeting people from different part of the world and share their lives and experience and I try my best to provide Nepalese Hospitality. I look forward to welcome travelers and globetrotters in my Eco Architecture B&B, Lazimpat House, make yourself at home while in Kathmandu, Nepal!
