Welcome to the Toasted Marshmallow; your cozy escape from reality. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this charming three bedroom, two bath home in The Galena Territories. Kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs. Enjoy the additional lower level family room w/ 2nd fireplace so your group may spread out. Deck with ample room for dining outside and enjoying your coffee or wine. Home includes six access passes to the GTA Owner's Club and pools. Strong Wi-Fi for remote work, if needed.

The space
Our Space- The main floor welcomes you into the living room, dining room and kitchen with an open floor plan. Two bedrooms, one with a king bed and a second with a bunk bed (twin over full bed), and full bath. The lower level offers a family room for movie nights by the fire or game nights, a full bath and bedroom with a king bed. Fireplaces are included on both levels. Gas grill included on the deck.

As mentioned, the Toasted Marshmallow includes six member passes to the exclusive Galena Territories Owner's Club, which includes both the indoor and outdoor pools, game room, state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis courts, basketball courts, kids’ playground, over 24 miles of trails winding through 1,700 acres of undeveloped, preserved woodlands and prairies, access to 225-acre Lake Galena. The Territory Marina offers pontoon and fishing boat rentals for $50/hr. Half price boat rental days are Tuesday and Wednesday.

Perks, Fun, and Other Things to Note-
Other fun that awaits you: toast marshmallows by our fire pit (BYO-S’more supplies), play corn hole, ladder golf, countless board games, DVDs, kid's sprinkler and more. We strive to make your trip enjoyable, memorable, and easy (with easy self-check-in)!

We value family and have included a pack-n-play and sheet, high chair, toddler dishes and cups, a padded guard rail for the fireplace hearth, and baby gate for your convenience. Traveling with littles is hard. We try to make it a tad bit easier.

We also value caffeine, so coffee is on us! Kitchen comes stocked with coffee grounds (regular and decaf), filters, and sugar options.

Concrete parking is included for up to three cars.

Kitchen stock-
We receive many questions on what is available in our kitchen, so here is a thorough list (and more items that I'm failing to list): Oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, waffle maker, blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, pots/pans/baking sheets, crock pot, place setting for 8+, children's plates and cups, travel mugs, wine glasses, utensils, grill utensils, griddle (stored in the bunk bed room closet), electric mixer, basic spices (garlic powder, oregano, basil, garlic salt, salt and pepper, cinnamon, olive oil, vegetable oil, ketchup, mustard, syrup, pancake mix, ice cube trays, wine opener, 4 s'more skewers (hanging in pantry closet), etc...

Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire home, private yard and Owner’s Clubhouse amenities. Standard check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am. Laundry can be accessible in the home upon request for a small fee or for emergency use.

Other things to note
Although we do love dogs personally, we are a pet-free home to protect our guests with allergies, as well as one of our own family members with severe allergies to dogs and cats. Our apologies in advance that we cannot and will not waive our pet-free policy to protect our loved one and our guests with allergies.
