The space
All areas are newly renovated (the two bathrooms, the three bedrooms the two living rooms and the kitchen). One of the living rooms has a fireplace, the other one has a tiled stove. Access to firewood available. Very upscale materials such as the built-in speaker system, alarm-system and lighting. One bedroom and the garden house have 180 cm beds, two bedrooms have 120 cm beds.

An absolutely superb garden with a warm pool (open summertime), large pool area, outdoor heated jacuzzi (open wintertime) large lawn with several patios, forest and mountain areas. The major part of the garden has a nice view of the lake Fatburen.

The property is located in Solberga (Tyresö), a short drive to downtown Stockholm. Solberga is characterized by the beautiful scenery with several lakes and the sea by Tyreso castle.

At a short distance ( 7 mins walk) is the bus stop (Tyreso kyrka) with buses to Tyresö center and direct bus to downtown Stockholm. In Tyresö Strand there is a small center, including a well-stocked supermarket and Tyresö center has an excellent range of shops, banks and utilities. Overall, the property is very well located, perfect for those who want to live close to nature and yet very central - it only takes about 25 minutes to Stockholm by car or bus.
