Extra spacious

Guests love this home’s spaciousness for a comfortable stay.
We could use these words to describe every last detail of this house. The Spanish tile, rare artwork, eclectic curiosities, new renovations, great location, or luxury amenities.

But that would be missing the point.

Because this house is not about its location or the stuff it contains, it's about you. And what happens when you truly connect with the spirit of a place and time.

Welcome to The Black Pine: An immersive Richmond experience.

Hi! I’m Angie. My partner and I live in Richmond, VA and we are the people that treat our dogs and cat like children. I love history, architecture, vegan food, good coffee, and anything spooky. Slightly obsessed with my job as a Realtor but slightly more obsessed with traveling the world. I’m also a yoga teacher and Airbnb host!
