Exceptionally renovated 1st floor apartment with sophisticated and luxurious vibe. Beautiful hall bath, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable living space so you can rest easy and relax. The property has one bedroom with queen sized bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests. Located on one of Philly's charming cobblestone streets, the location could not be better as it's just a short walk to all the attractions Philly has to offer and is quiet at night.

The space
Tucked amongst Old City's exceptional restaurants, boutiques, galleries and historic homes is our peaceful first floor apartment known as Little Shoe (previously a shoe polish factory dating back to 1875). With an eclectic design mix of exposed brick, classic antiques and modern industrialism, this space will feel like none other. Every traveler convenience has been crafted into with a our home with a surprising amount of room to relax; make a great meal, and enjoy the historic areas of the city. All bedding is 100% natural linen sheets and duvet covers. There's only one step to access the home, so it's great for those who do not like steps!

Located in downtown Philadelphia (Old City), the property is tucked away on a quiet cobblestone and tree-lined street. It's just a short walk to all tourist attractions (Independence Hall/Liberty Bell/Betsy Ross House/Elfreth's Alley), festivities, great restaurants, shopping, and whatever else you may need. If you'd prefer not to walk, the bus stop or a taxi/uber is literally just outside your front door.
