About this listing
A cozy retreat with comfort and family friendly atmosphere in the heart of the city. Bedroom with double bed, kitchen and private bathroom. With maximum privacy because it has independent input and separated out of the main house.
Room with kitchen - monthly rent
Hospitality reinvented in São Paulo: we are not a pousada, hotel or hostel; we don't have a house full of students either. We offers a family home stay and the opportunity to experience Brazilian everyday life and culture.
The spacious room has a double bed, private bathroom and a small kitchen with cooktop and refrigerator.
We offers maximum privacy since the room is separate from the main house, with its own entrance. The guest will receive a key, from the bedroom and the front gate, allowing him to get in and out anytime they want, indepent and without disturbing anybody.
No breakfast included. Near by is a very good bakery, they serve breakfast and meals too. A few blocks from here is a great supermarket.
Access to outside home, garden with terrace and laundry area with washing machine.
Interaction with Guests
We love to know people, their cultures and way of life. Whenever possible we try to interact and exchange experiences. Always have someone at home!

Recomendo ;)
Adoramos a estadia!
The stay was great and Milena and her father are great hosts! The area is very conveniently located, next to Avenida Angélica and walking distance to Avenida Paulista or São Paulo city center. A lot of things to do and see around the place and in general a safe neighborhood. The room with WC and kitchen was perfect for my needs, plus the extra of having great wifi and cable tv. If I ever return to São Paulo, I know where I'll stay.
You have a bedsit with a separate entrance, with fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower.
Comfortable and clean; well located to explore this amazing City - within walking distance of Av Paulista but in a peaceful and safe residential neighbourhood.
Milena our host could not have been more helpful. She speaks excellent English and was happy to recommend local restaurants particularly for my vegetarian daughter.
I would definitely recommend.
This was our second time staying at BossHouse B&B, and we loved it as much as our first time. The apartment is modern and spatious, with trees and birds just outside the window. The personalized breakfast brought each morning was so delightful. And we loved that we could walk a few blocks and find excellent restaurants. Thank you, Milena!

About the Host, Milena
I'm a graphic designer, freelance. Travelling is my biggest passion. I love receiving guests because I have the opportunity to meet people around the world without leaving home.
Our house is known as "The Boss House". Why BossHouse?! Boss is the nickname we have given to our father, Bernardo. He is the Big Boss! The head of the family, adoptive father of many friends! After back from a long trip to Sicily, in Italy, where he only stayed B&Bs, he decided to do the same here. And we support the idea!
I live here with my father Bernardo, he is retired teacher and my niece Beatriz who is studying journalism.
