The space

Room with kitchen - monthly rent
Hospitality reinvented in São Paulo: we are not a pousada, hotel or hostel; we don't have a house full of students either. We offers a family home stay and the opportunity to experience Brazilian everyday life and culture.

The spacious room has a double bed, private bathroom and a small kitchen with cooktop and refrigerator.

We offers maximum privacy since the room is separate from the main house, with its own entrance. The guest will receive a key, from the bedroom and the front gate, allowing him to get in and out anytime they want, indepent and without disturbing anybody.

No breakfast included. Near by is a very good bakery, they serve breakfast and meals too. At the corner is a great bakery and small market. A few blocks from here is a great supermarket.

Guest access

Access to outside home, garden with terrace and laundry area with washing machine.

Interaction with guests

We love to know people, their cultures and way of life. Whenever possible we try to interact and exchange experiences. Always have someone at home!

The neighborhood

We are located at Pacaembu neighborhood, close to major tourist attractions such as the Paulista Avenue, Pacaembu Stadium and the city center of Sao Paulo. We also have as neighbors, FAAP and Mackenzie Schools, Shopping Higienópolis, beyond the Hospital das Clinicas. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, bakeries and bars. Museums and theaters are also located in the neighborhood, such as Soccer Museum at the Stadium. Upscale neighborhood of São Paulo, with tree-lined streets, parks and squares such as Buenos Aires. The neighborhood also highlights the architecture of buildings and famous houses like Louveira Building, Building Bretagne or modernist house of Itápolis Street among others.

Visit Soccer Museum at Pacaembu Stadium, just 5 minutes walk away. Fun guaranteed.

Patio Higienópolis, commonly known as Shopping Higienópolis, is located on Higienópolis Avenue, near the corner of Angelica Ave, 10 minutos walking from here. There is a lot of good stores, cinemas and theater, and also a good variaty of restaurants and fast food.

Buenos Aires Park is a small part of the neighborhood where one can see a large variety of tropical plants and trees; there is a children's playground and a fitness area, it's a good place to get away from the noise and pollution of the streets.

Don't forget to savor the delicious açaí na tigela ("açaí in the bowl"), mostly mixed with granola, or cupuaçu, both Amazon fruits at the fruit store here at corner, near by Dr. Arnaldo Avenue.

A few blocks from here is Brás Pizza, the most delicious and famous pizza in São Paulo. If you want to taste Soth American food and drinks from Bolivia, Peru, Mexico and Brazil, you must visit Exquisito Bar, 10 minutes walking from here. At Saturday you can eat the most popular dish in Brazil, the famoust feijoada at Sujinho, few meters from here! The neighborhood is full of good options! You only need to take a walk to find it.
