The Space

Hospitality reinvented in São Paulo:

We are located in a green and safe neighborhood of São Paulo city, near subway stations and important touristic attractions such as Paulista Avenue, Pacaembu Stadium and downtown São Paulo. It’s also very close to the universities of FAAP and Mackenzie, as well as Clinicas Hospital.

The double room is on the second floor and is reached by stairs. It offers maximum privacy since the room is separate from the main house, with its own entrance. The spacious room has a private bathroom and a small kitchen with cooktop and refrigerator. Each morning a delicious Brazilian breakfast will be served in your room, with coffee and milk, bread, butter, scramble eggs, yogurt, ham, cheese, marmelade, juice and fruit. The guest will receive a key, from the bedroom and the front gate, allowing him to get in and out anytime they want, indepent and without disturbing anybody.

  • You have a bedsit with a separate entrance, with fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower.
Comfortable and clean; well located to explore this amazing City - within walking distance of Av Paulista but in a peaceful and safe residential neighbourhood.
Milena our host could not have been more helpful. She speaks excellent English and was happy to recommend local restaurants particularly for my vegetarian daughter.
    I would definitely recommend.

  • This was our second time staying at BossHouse B&B, and we loved it as much as our first time. The apartment is modern and spatious, with trees and birds just outside the window. The personalized breakfast brought each morning was so delightful. And we loved that we could walk a few blocks and find excellent restaurants. Thank you, Milena!

  • This was a fabulous home base for a total of 4 nights in Sao Paulo with my husband, who had never been to Brazil before. The neighborhood is hilly and charming, with great restaurants within walking distance. (It's a little far to the metro station; if I were here longer, I'd learn the bus routes.) Milena was a wonderful host. She is so accommodating: she even let us check in at 8am because of our early flight arrival time, and she let us use the room to repack, wait for our taxi, and check email the afternoon that we checked out. We loved the dogs, Todinho and Alemao. The apartment was clean and modern, with everything we needed, and good wifi. The breakfast was delicious and personalized. We felt like we were at home, yet with plenty of privacy and professionalism on Milena's part. I would love to come back.

  • Our stay at this BnB was absolutely perfect. The apartment is big, airy and clean as well as being in a neighbourhood, close to all amenities. However, the hosts are what make it special. Thank you to Milena and her family for welcoming us into their home. The chats we had and the advice they had to give really made our stay in Sao Paulo perfect.

I would stay here again, and recommend it to any traveller.

    Milena Valle e Michel Pinheiro.
