The space
Our Family guest house has recently been renovated and is centrally located in the main street of Bunschoten/Spakenburg. It is a tiny house concept but has all the luxuries needed for a pleasant stay.

On the ground floor:
you will find a new kitchen with a black countertop, microwave, induction hob with built-in climate system, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. Through the kitchen you have direct access to the small but cozy living room with a dining area.

From the kitchen you have access to the outside dining area which is equipped with a fully electronic sunshade that offers perfect protection from the sun.

On the ground floor you will also find our bath room behind a beautiful handmade "barn door" with a separate design toilet, walk-in shower and modern sink!

Outside:
In the outdoor area you will find a large dining area for up to 4 people and a large outdoor area to park your car or bicycles!

In the wooden shed you will find 2 adult bicycles so that you can explore our city on your own pair of wheels. They can be rented on a daily basis!

The sleeping area is located on the first floor. This sleeping area is located under a sloping hood with a low ceiling "exactly what a tiny house concept suggests". This sleeping area is equipped with a brand new box spring spring bed with a great mattress and its own walk-in closet. All windows upstairs are equipped with plisse curtains aswell as full darkness curtains to provide a good night sleep!
You will also find a second sitting area with lounge bed (which can be converted into a second double bed) and TV with all international TV channels, Netflix and even Prime.
A beautiful setting to enjoy your own movie night!

Our guest house (Tiny house concept) can accommodate up to 4 people (perfect for a couple with 2 childen) as it is a self-contained unit with a bath room, kitchen and living room with its own outdoor area.

IT is Good to know that the cottage and outside terrace is only for Airbnb guest and you do not have to share iT !

In the wooden cottage outside you can store your bicycles !

We provide you with 2 bicycles ( for daily rent ) so you can explore the Netherlands on a eco friendly way :-)

We Will supply complimentary coffee & tea in the kitchen!

Inside the badroom we Will supply toiletries!

Inside the bedroom we Will supply bedlinnen and bad towels!

The family cottage has a tiny house concept and is suitable for 2 adults with 1-2 children .

This luxurious and romantic family cottage has its own check-in, very good WIFI, Netflix+Prime, central heating & air conditioning , is detached next to our house , beautiful terrace with new furniture, garden house with 2 bikes (for rent daily) , free parking on the property and has optimal privacy.

It is located in the heart of Bunschoten with within cycling distance supermarket, shops, restaurants, cafes and bus stop right in front of the door.

The cabin is located near the authentic center of Spakenburg with 3 marinas, beach, shops and cozy terraces!

This cottage is unique because you are in an oasis of peace and greenery and also have the convenience of all amenities within cycling distance.

The house has downstairs a small modern living room with large corner sofa ,TV, DVD player with DVDs, separate dining area with dining table and chairs!

Of course everywhere super fast WIFI !

New luxury kitchen fully equipped such as induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and extraction unit. Of course, cutlery, plates, glasses , mugs, pots, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and juicer are also available !

Behind a sturdy “barn door” is the small luxury bathroom with large rainshower shower with thermostat tap & smart eco water system, electronic extraction unit, designer sink, designer wall toilet with softclose seat !

Upstairs, the bedroom is located under a sloping ceiling with limited headroom ( feels cozy about what a tiny house concept is supposed to do) . This is equipped with a comfortable new box spring bed with superfine mattress and walk-in closet! In addition, all windows on the upper floor are equipped with pleated roller blinds and blackout roller blinds so you can enjoy an optimal night's sleep!
You will also find an extra sitting/ living area with a double sofa bed and this has LG smart TV with digital channels, Netflix and Prime account or unlimited TV, series and movies watching!

Bath towels and bedding are provided!

The house has its own entrance and terrace and is located next to the owners' home. So optimal privacy!

There is a private terrace with new trendy furniture, wooden garden house in which you can place your bikes protected and an electronic sunshade.

Thanks to this electronic awning you can also enjoy your own terrace on a rainy day and possibly extra shade generated on a sunny day!

We have 2 bicycles available ( daily rental) so you can explore our area in an eco-friendly way :-)

The bus stop is opposite our house and has direct connection to Amersfoort train station from which trains depart every minute to Amsterdam, Utrecht and Hilversum!

Within 5 minutes you are on the highway and you can reach all directions ( A1, A28, A27).

Spakenburg is one of the touristic highlights of the Netherlands. IT is an authentic fishermans village were people still wear traditional clothing and wooden shoes on a DAILY basis . It has several Harbours and a nice swimming Beach.

An excellent location for walking & cycle tours or several water activities like windsurfing.

On cycling distance you will find a Dutch Windmill with a nice restaurant!

Saturday is weekend market in center of Spakenburg ( perfect location to buy fresh groceries)!

Our village has à lot to offer: 3 harbours, beach, authentic centre with old fisherman cottages and beautiful restored buildings with shops, restaurants and pubs !

Unesco World Heritage Listed Botter wharfe ; iT is the only still active wharfe where people restore the authentic wooden boats called "Botters" on à daily basis !

IT is possible to make à boat trip on this authentic wooden boat called "Botters" via the tourist information office!
