Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.

Ocean and bay views

Guests say the views are lovely.
Cozy cottage, directly downtown with a 2 minute walk to Broadway. There aren't many places in Corner Brook with an amazing view of the water and a 2 minute walk to the best sushi in Newfoundland.

This coastal location is great for bird-watching. Osprey are often seen diving for fish while cruise ships travel up and down the Humber mouth.

Our space is a cozy, one bedroom house designed with travelers in mind. With full laundry and all the kitchen amenities so you can feel at home.

The space
A small one bedroom house with beautiful views of the Bay.

Guest access
The house is a small standalone one bedroom. It has a balcony with a beautiful view of the bay with a fire pit that you have access to.

Parking is shared with the house next door (side by side) but there is only room for one vehicle with each property. Parking is allowed on the side of the road if traveling with more than one vehicle and we may be able to make allowances for a second vehicle if there is no one staying next door.

Please be aware that there is a small outside walkway to access the house from the parking space. If mobility is an issue, please reach out. We do not include daily snow clearing of the pathway/balcony to the house but help out whenever possible and have shovels and salt/sand available at your convenience.

We have a snow clearing contract for the parking space only. Please keep in mind that if it is a heavy snow day, the vehicle should be moved at some point to allow snow clearing to occur.

***Keep in mind that Corner Brook can accumulate a lot of snow in the winter months. We are not responsible for any damages to person or property resulting from weather conditions while on the property.***

Other things to note
There are a number of steps leading to the house.

The BBQ will be put away seasonally. If you’d like to have it during the winter months, please let us know so we can have it set up beforehand.
