Welcome to The Pink Casa that is thoughtfully designed with comfort, color and culture. This home is conveniently located in the heart of the valley. The Pink Casa borders McAllen, Edinburg and Pharr.

You are only:
- 2 mins to Expy281 & Expy 83
- 3 mins to Hospitals (DHR & ERMC)
- 3 mins to 2nd Street Trail
- 5 mins to Bert Ogden Arena
- 12 mins to McAllen International Airport

But when you stay at The Pink casa you will feel that you are deffinetly on vacation at an island off the shore.

The space
The Pink Casa is a very unique space surrounded by large picturesque palm trees and many plant gardens.

Wake up in the morning to drink your coffee by the pool or start if off with some yoga. In the afternoon relax by the pool and to finish the evening roast some marshmallows at the firepit.

The space is equipped with comfort and amenities

For any additional guests (2) we provide an air mattress with fluffy duvet and pillows.

The Kitchen is supplied with:

- Fridge
- Skillet (perfect for breakfast)
- Crock Pot & utensils
* no stove is provided

Guest access
You have acces to the full backyard which sits on 1/2 the acre. You can use the grill, firepit and all othert areas of the backyard. Guests have their own entrance seperate from the main home where they can come and go with no disturbance.

Other things to note
There are two airbnbs on this property. The second AirBnb might be booked or may not. The backyard & pool is shared with the other AirBnb guest if it is booked. I have a strict policy of only guests who are staying at The Pink Casa/ Frida House may access pool and property. If you have any additional guests/visitors without approval they will be asked to leave the property immediately.

The Neighborhood used to be called the TRI-City Acres because it is on the border of 3 cities and was surrounded by Grapefruit Orchards. Throughout the years they have cutdown the orchards for development and we are the last street of Acre homes on this side of town.
