The apartment is located in classical Berlin apartment block from the turn of the century in the south of Prenzlauer Berg and only 10 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz. Also within walking distance are the TV tower, as well as the Dome, Unter den Linden and Brandenburger Tor.
Restaurants, cafes, galleries and little shops create both a day and nightlife atmosphere. It is one of the most popular districts in Berlin and it is one of the prettiest neighborhoods, places of interest include Helmholtzplatz, Kollwitzplatz, Mauerpark and Rykestrasse Synagogue.
The studio is located in a quiet side wing, on the 4th floor, it is very light; it has a bedroom with a double bed, a separate kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment is very well located. The M2 tram stops in the corner in Prenzlauer allee and this is four stops from the Alexanderplatz. The M4 in the Greifswalder Straße will take you directly to the popular Hackescher Markt. The M10 in the Danziger Straße will take you directly to the Oberbaumbrücke, an historical bridge of Berlin in the socialistic period, and further to the neighborhood Kreuzberg.

Basic and adequate appartment that I want to return to. However some minor decorative addition likes photo's on the walls will improve the atmosphere
Great apartment in one of the best quarter in Berlin!
The contact was friendly and check-in was very easy despite the late hour (after midnight)t! Recommended!
A simple but clean and comfortable apartment. Stayed here for 6 nights while travelling in Berlin alone, and it was a great location, within walking distance to tram stops and a whole cluster of lovely restaurants, cafes, and shops. Juliana was friendly and sincere, sharing her love for the charming neighbourhood and pointing out a few recommendations for me. The only downside is that it's on the 4th floor, so take heed if you're going to have heavy luggage!
Amazing value for money, I stayed in Juliana's Prenzlauer Berg apartment in early December.
The apartment is massive, bigger than the photos give away. At such an amazing price, this is an Airbnb property not to be missed. It is equipped with several wall heaters, which were great for staying incredibly toasty in the freezing winter months.
With public transport a 2 minute walk away, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to staying in the Prenzlauer Berg area. Juliana was prompt with communications and quite helpful.
We had a wonderful time in Julianas apartment! It was cosy, clean, equipped with everything we needed and very close to public transport and a grocery store. The neighbourhood is nice and calm, there are lots of cafes, bars and stores nearby. Juliana was a perfect host: she made contacting her, picking up the keys and experiencing Berlin very easy and convenient for us. We would love to come back to this apartment for our next trip to Berlin!
The apartment is located in a safe area and has really great access to public transit. it is also located right around the corner from a grocery store. This is the kind of apartment that I could spend a couple of weeks in. Juliana was a great host and made my first AIRBNB experience smooth. Be prepared, the apartment is located up MANY stairs. But, it is worth it as the apartment is quite spacious and very quiet.
Thanks, had a wonderful time in Berlin) the apartment is comfortable and the area is very nice) Juliana is charming and responsible girl))
The flat is in a nice block in a lovely part of Berlin, close to transport. Beds are good, everything clean and the building is quiet although courtyard outside the bedroom window is very busy with activity so a bit noisy with the windows open. The kitchen was a disappointment, very poorly kitted out so made it difficult to cook. No cutting board, knives that don't cut, a tiny coffee press for one person. I've stayed in a lot of flats now and they are all equipped to actually cook but not this one. If you just want a room with a bed and bathroom and rudimentary kitchen in a good part of town this will do. There is only one key available which is very inconvenient and not the norm for other flats. Also, a minor detail but important; you have to turn the lights on at the bottom of the stairs or at night you'll come up four flights of stairs in the pitch dark, as we did. The office should have mentioned that. Juliana is warm and helpful.
Juliana was so helpful! The apartment was really nice and clean and in a cool neighborhood! Highly recommend!
