The villa is 20 mins away from Clark airport, SM Clark, Marquee Mall, Aqua Planet, Dinosaur Land, El-Kabayo, Korean Town, Sanbox Adventure Park, Deca Wake Park, Golf clubs, Casinos, Church and it only takes 1.5 hours away from Manila via NLEX, 45 mins to Subic Bay via SLEX, and 40 mins to Tarlac via TPLEX

NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE VILLA.

The space
The Villa is equipped with brand new amneties and is fully air conditioned to provide top most comfort for the guest. There is a big living for the guest to get together. The bedrooms are very spacious too.

The Villa is equipped with ultra fast fiber WiFi internet.

EXTRA BEDS

Extra Beds (double) are available at a rate Php 800 per night.

STRICTLY NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

Guest who will conduct parties and left the house with unreasonable dirt/trash/vomits and the likes due to the party held will be charge 5,000 Pesos for the extra cleaning service and time required to extensively clean the house.

NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE THE HOUSE.

Guest who will be smoking/vaping inside the house will be charge 3,000 Pesos for the damage of the smell/fumes of the cigarette/vape that was spread out inside the house.

Smoking/vaping can be done OUTSIDE the house, at the garden or the garage.
