Claudia is a kind and attentive host. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for a nice stay. The internet is fast, the bed is comfortable and the shower is good. The kitchen is adequately equipped for making simple meals. The rooms facing the back of the building will be quieter. As others have mentioned, the apartment is a short walk to the heart of Palermo. The location is a quiet, residential, non-touristy neighborhood. It's a nice way to get a feel for the real Buenos Aires and still have access to all the lively shops and cafes of Palermo. Very nice!
If you are searching for a nice apartment, a place for your own in the middle of Buenos Aires, this is the one.
Close to buses, bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc., and the apartment is really beautiful, although it is only one room and a seperated bathroom.
We have been there for one month, the internet is very fast and we felt very safe in this neighborhood.
Claudia was really great, she answered emails very fast and helped us with lots of useful tips and hints to make the living easy in Buenos Aires.
She also sent a taxidriver to the airport for picking us up, who we could trust in.
All in all we only can recommend this place highly! We would stay there again!
I loved this place! Perfect studio, really like a luxury-hotel. Great value! Claudia is an attentive host who responds quickly to any questions. If you go to BA, go to Claudias appartments. Avoid (website hidden).
Claudia is one of the best organiced person in charge, I had ever meet on my travels. Many thanks for your help on our long stay at BA, your advices and add. organisation.
When i arrived at this apartment, i didn't know that it will be my home for 5 months. I re-choosing it every month, because of the fine cooperation with Claudia herself, and the people that work in the building. That was also a challenge for all of us, and we overcome any kind of difficulties..!i felt safe in an environment that is secure, well taken care of, well organized, and provided me a decent, clean staying, with beautiful sunsets i have to admit!Very close to everything, and to central well known milongas and dance schools!A very nice choice for a tanguero..!!thank you very much for taking such a good care of me!
Good: Apartment is modern, spacious and clean, with lots of natural light. The kitchenette is great for cooking small meals. Excellent Wi-Fi connectivity. Comfortable bed. Quiet neighborhood. There is a patio which isn't beautiful but great to have. Also, there is access to a washing machine with space to hang out washing to dry. We never actually met Claudia but when we had questions and emailed her, we got a response within a couple of hours.
Bad: These bad points are minor and overall should not detract from this excellent apartment. The location is pretty good but still a 10-15 minute walk from the trendy area of Palermo and also the nearest subway station in the opposite direction. Please bear in mind that although the kitchenette is pretty well equipped with pots and pans, etc, it doesn't have any left over oils or salt to cook with, and you will need to buy your own toilet paper after the complimentary roll is used up, no matter how long your stay is.
We had a great stay in the apartment. The location suited us really well just a few blocks from Palermo Soho.
It was all together clean and well taken care of. Claudia responded really fast on all our emails and was to a lot of help during our stay.
Much thanks to Jolanda (the maid) too who helpt us out with a littel bit of everything and who always was happy to help out.
All together we do recomend to stay here.
