This has a stream that is adjacent to the property for swimming in the monsoons when the stream is full and flowing. Rooms This set amidst banana plantations and surrounded by hills and have a village ambiance with all modern amenities. 2 AC rooms are located in the main building where the hosts stay, 2 Non AC rooms are located in a cottage with each room having an ensuite bathroom and individual entrance. There is a tent room and a tree house that add to the beauty of this . The main building and the cottage is constructed with the local laterite stone, and the cottage has Mangalore tiles and cow dung plastered flooring giving it an authentic rural village appearance.
A visit to the creek and mangroves guided by the fisherman and sometimes the host is an experience. Guest can also visit the Bharatiya Ship Yard where they can see the making of a ship, go trekking or visit a farm. Visit organic farm at Devghar village Farmland and part dense forest. Get an opportunity to watch the organic farming process with the farmers. Swimming enthusiasts can have a dip in the 'Baav' river almost touching the property of devghar. Even more, there are beaches, temples and forts in and around Ratnagiri and Ganpatiphule that guests can visit.

We can arrange car or 3 wheeler to roam around, we rent out 2 wheeler also

1. Consumption of Alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited.
2. Non veg meals are not prepared and also not allowed to be brought to the accommodation.
3. There is no TV facility.
4. In case of no electricity "air conditioning" facility is not available in AP. Inverter backup is 5-6 hours for fans and tubes.
5. Photo identification card is mandatory to all guests.
