This suite is in a great older neighborhood atop Saddle Mountain just a couple of minutes to downtown Rome and the east Rome bypass that provides easy access to the tennis center, Berry College and much more.

The space
The suite is in a recently remodeled midcentury modern home. It was built in 1963 and is unique to the area.
It’s one main room with a queen bed and queen sofa sleeper, a large bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi tub.
There is a new kitchenette with refrigerator, oven and microwave.
The screen porch overlooks the back yard with a vegetable garden and wildflowers
WiFi, Netflix and Amazon Prime are included.
The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking or running.
