•VERY small detached studio/ in-law unit/ bungalow, located at the very back of the drive-way, to the right of the unit 781 1/2.
•Includes a large twin size pallet bed.
•Private 3/4 bathroom including a shower, toilet and vanity/sink. (Courtesy curtain provided for privacy.)
•No kitchen, but does come equipped with a microwave & complimentary snacks.
•The space is VERY small (96 sq ft to be exact!) but will perfect for the right traveler(s).
•More than Ideal for one guest, but I list it for two people max being that I want people to know they have the option, if need be.
•AGAIN, I state: Two people at the VERY MAX!!
--I state two people max , because I have had numerous couples stay with no problem at all. It just depends on your preference, standards & price range.
-It is a tight/ cozy fit, so make sure the two of you are comfortable with one another, if there is in fact, more than than one traveler staying the night (s)
•Includes FREE wifi. Code & password provided.
•Includes a large beautiful skylight above entry way & windows throughout offering a nice cross breeze for the warmer nights.
•NO built in heater; for colder nights (being that it's a older home) I have no problem providing extra blankets for warmth, etc...
•Private yard with partial views of the beautiful San Luis Obispo mountains. (Bishops Peak)
•We will CONSIDER** Pet(s) on a case by case basis along with a fee ($15-$30) depending on the circumstance. Please inquire within.
•Private gated entrance at the VERY back the of drive-way, to the right of unit 781 1/2
•You have your very own private fenced in yard with seating for two. Yard is almost as big as the unit itself.
***FREE PARKING *** Although available ONLY on off-street parking-
Either (Phillips or Mill) which are the two main side streets of the location.
•Please, NO PARKING in drive-way unless you are loading/unloading belongings.
Interaction with Guests
•I understand that guests enjoy their own privacy while on vacation and/or business trips. That being said, I work 3 jobs, travel often and am always on the go, so I am rarely home to physically meet and/or greet guests by the time they arrive. In turn I leave them with plenty of instructions (+photos) on how to access the unit with ease.
•Although we may or may not have a chance to meet in person, I am always just a quick phone call or text message away if you ever need anything! :)
•My goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible, for a fraction of the price compared to local hotels, etc..

•Located in one of the best areas in San Luis Obispo, the Happiest & Healthiest City in America.
•Blocks away from the heart of Downtown!
•Close access to public transportation!
Down the street from the highway 101 entrance/exit AND walking distance to many various downtown attractions.
Fast bike or easy walk to Cal Poly as well as the heart of downtown (10-15 min. Walk to downtown)
•Located in very close proximity to the CA Blvd freeway entrance/ exit to highway 101
•Plenty of public transportation access (bus routes, uber, taxi, etc... SLO is also known for being extremely bicycle friendly, with bright green "bike lanes" all over town.
•We also offer Bike Rentals-
1- Bike= $10 day
2- Bike(s)= $20 day
Each option will include a top notch bike lock.
•There are 3 bikes to choose from;
-2 Beach Cruisers: 1- matte black & 1 red.
-1 Grey Mountain Bike

Leave our space in a respectable condition as to when you arrived.
NO (long term) PARKING IN DRIVEWAY.
Street parking available on Phillips or Mill.
