Noted Architect Richard Neutra's first Desert commission, this property was designed for Grace Miller in 1936 as her private residence and exercise studio. Having suffered many years of neglect, the current owner purchased the property in 2000 and began a lengthy restoration process that included the realization of the Guest House in 2007, based upon Neutra's original plans.
The Guest House is situated on the Western side of the property and is set-up as a studio, with the open concept living space encompassing a sleeping area with a Queen sized Bed, Dining Nook, Built-in Kitchenette and private bathroom. From the Guest House, guests will enjoy fabulous views of the pool, mature desert scape and architectural elements of the Main House. For Architecture and Design aficionados, this is a rare opportunity to immerse yourself in the
elements of Neutra, privately and at your own pace!
