Welcome to Roebuck Landing in Akron, AL. Right on the Black Warrior River and less than a mile to the Roebuck Landing Grocery and Grill where you can get a wonderful meal, wine, beer, or bait! This wonderful 2 bedrooms 1 full bath river house is perfect for family gatherings to fish, or enjoy Alabama Football home games. Only 45 minutes to Bryant Denny Stadium, it's a pet-friendly, fenced
& private property right on the river with a HUGE covered porch with plenty of outside seating & grill!
