Miriam was very professional. Communication was perfect. Loved having access to our own place without the need of a key or disturbing anyone else in the house. Everything was great.

Great location near from everything you need to see in SF. I would love to stay in the same place again.

If you know this is the 50th anniversary of the Summer of Love, and you want to indulge your inner hippy, this is the location for you. Almost on Ashbury St and a couple of blocks stroll down to Haight. Just as close is the N Line metro station for a quick run downtown. Nearby are the Castro (rainbow warriors note) and the vistas of the City available from Twin Peaks. Breakfast and/ or lunch is tastily available at the Bacon Bacon cafe just down the road next to a corner shop that sells basic grocery items, including bagels. We felt very much at home in the studio room plus bathroom, and the direct access let us come and go as we pleased without the need to bother anyone. Not that our hosts weren't friendly, caring and gracious. We owe a special debt of gratitude to Miriam whose help and advice was invaluable in recovering a backpack misplaced at San Francisco airport. Highly recommended.

Miriam's place was clean, quiet, and comfortable, an excellent option for a weekend in San Francisco. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and conveniently located. If you have bikes, there is a relatively secluded patio and an upright 4x4 post that is great for locking up.

Miriam's place is as noted in her description. The room is very spacious and the sofabed was very comfortable. Miriam had brownies for us upon arrival and left brochures for us to look at. Her communication with us was very timely as well. Her house is located in a lovely part of town.

Comfortable, quiet room close to hip Haight-Ashbury and Golden Gate Park--excellent location! An easy walk to breakfast. Beautiful neighborhood. The sofa sleeper was surprisingly comfortable. Good light for reading, which isn't always the case. Nice shower with good water pressure. Our responsive host is dealing with a bit of mildew smell in the bathroom. We would stay here again--it suited us very well.
