This apartment is located in a very convenient place（almost the cross of canal st and contre st）where you can easily find subway, enjoy kinds of Chinese food, moreover, you could even have a walk to the shoreside with 15 minutes. Host is nice and his apartment is beautifully decorated and clean. Next time to NYC, it will no doubt be my choice again.
This is the first time I have ever used Airbnb. And Magaret and Joe definitely are good hosts. They are very nice. They even allow me to use their printers to print some documents which actually save my entire trip to New York City. Also, they have two lovely cats, one of them likes to lie besides me (or walk on my keyboard ^ ^). Really cute. If I come back next time, I will definitely visit them again.
Had an absolutely raucous time meeting Joe & Margaret (and their two awesome cats!). This is a beautiful home, and that's important because it actually feels like a home rather than some overly cramped apartment. The place is perfectly located in central Bushwick, very close to the Myrtle Street train, with great cafes/bagelrys/fresh produce nearby. It is a short 12 minute cycle to Williamsburg. This is the perfect place to stay for budget travellers who want to experience/witness the lives of real New Yorkers, but aren't too fussy about having a big double bed to climb into every night. And all this greatness before you even consider the hot-tub...
Joe and Margaret were the best hosts - very friendly and hospitable. Really appreciative of Joe taking me to the Brooklyn markets on my second day and for teaching me how to use the subway so I didn't get lost :) was lucky to see their new kitten, so cute :) will definitely be back to visit!
My stay was great! Awesome location and host! My only regret was not enjoying the hot tub while I was there, but I was just too busy experiencing the city!
I had a great time at Joe and Margaret's place. Super cool people, very relaxed vibe. I never made it into the hot tub!
My first week in NYC was amazing thanks to Joe & Margaret. I had no idea what I was in for staying with this awesome couple. These two can recommend anything you want to do in the city and will take you out if you're up for it. They're warm, cool, welcoming, fun, and overall great people to do anything with.
Oh, the place is great too.
