A beautiful classic 860 Sq. foot cabin in the highly desirable area of Moonridge. It is centrally located in walking distance to the golf course, Bear Mountain Resort, the zoo, shops and restaurants. The lake and The Village are both just a short drive away. It is peacefully positioned near Moonridge Rd. in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees. The space
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a dishwasher and granite counter tops. You will find pots & pans, flatware and everything needed to prep and cook any type of meal. There is plenty of storage space and the sink includes a pull-out spray nozzle and a garbage disposal. There is a brewing coffee machine and a single cup Keurig coffee maker (coffee not included). The open kitchen is complete with an oversized counter top with 2 barstools.

Living Area:
The living area features a big beautiful wood-burning brick fireplace, elegant wood ceiling, a smart TV, Apple TV and a small work space in the corner. The 4K 50” flatscreen TV includes all of your favorite apps like Netflix, Hulu, Prime, AT&T tvNOW and more. (NO CABLE TV). You can access the TV, Apple TV and all of your devices via a high-speed Orbi wireless Wi-Fi router. Kick back, relax and enjoy the environment with a movie or a game of Jenga with friends.

No AC. There are 3 ceiling fans and plenty of windows to cool things off in the summer. During cold climates, switch on the central furnace system that quickly provides heat to all rooms via 5 floor vents. The fireplace is a normal wood burning stove with a door and exhaust vent. The blower can be activated once fire is 150° use the door to control oxygen levels.

Front Deck:
Out front there is an open front deck facing Snow Summit with a peek-a-boo view. You will be surrounded by beautiful trees and the sounds of nature. It is the perfect spot to sit back, relax and take in the fresh mountain air. Enjoy a glass of wine at dusk or a fresh cup of coffee in the morning.

Each bedroom features a queen bed with all clean linens, pillows and throws. Classic and clean decor with plenty of lighting and ceiling fans in each bedroom. There is plenty of closet space for your personal items with hangars and shelves. A single bed cot, iron and ironing board are conveniently located in one of the closets.

The back bedroom features stylish french doors which open to the private and fenced backyard. Allow sunshine to beam through or close off with thick wood blinds.

The bathroom is very clean featuring a granite counter-top, bathtub and a glass door shower enclosure. Fresh bath towels and wash cloths are located in the cabinets above the laundry. Under the sink is a hair dryer and first-aid kit.

A fully fenced backyard features a wood deck which is accessible from the bedroom french doors or the side door near the bathroom. A charcoal BBQ / Smoker is easily accessible for outdoor cooking. (Charcoal is not provided by the owner). All of your cooking tools are available in the kitchen. Embrace the serenity while you enjoy a home cooked meal or a cold beer while relaxing on the outdoor patio furniture.

Access is very easy and level with a relatively flat driveway. Street parking is also allowed except during winter. Please be careful backing out as there is a bend in the street and it can be busy. The front door is at ground level which leads to a short set of stairs to the main level. All living space is on the main level.

All trash must be taken with you. There are 2 facilities that will accept your trash:

Any trash left on the property is subject to a deduction from your security deposit. Dumping your trash anywhere else will forfeit your entire security deposit.

City Requirements:
The space is a registered private home rental with the city of Big Bear Lake. The required 11% tax (8% TOT & 3% TBID) is included in the nightly rates.

The City of Big Bear Lake requires an in-person check-in. I have partnered with Monster Properties who will provide a quick and efficient check-in process. They are conveniently located on Big Bear Blvd. 1.5 miles from the property.

The location is amazing! You can go for a hike, jump on your mountain bike, take a walk to the zoo, play a round of golf and of course ski or snowboard at nearby Bear Mountain Resort. My favorite places in walking distance are Moonridge Coffee and Dank Donuts.
