Minutes from parks and beaches, with brand-new pickleball courts at the end of the street—fun and relaxation are right outside your door! We also don’t make you wait until 4pm to check in. We let you check in at noon for free.

The space
We have invested in quality furnishings. Our linens are what you would find in a nice hotel. Thick plush towels and top quality bedding. Wifi, Apple TV, Roku, 3D tv and movie assortment, along with YouTube tv with a good channel line up, board games for a break from the sun. Covered back patio and a fenced in back yard with a fire pit and grilling area.

This is an urban area, not a subdivision. This is in the historic district so you will be mixed in old and new homes. There are also commercial properties around so you can hear music in the evenings and if your overly sensitive to city sounds then downtown may not be the place. We have Greek influences, antique shops and our fair share of breweries. You won't have to drive much if you don't feel like it.

If you like to park the car and walk to dinner you wont be disappointed. It’s and easy 10 minute walk into down town and cross the street to the sponge docks for a dolphin tour or fishing trip and a ton of amazing Greek eateries We also have a free kids splash park thats only a 5 minute walk.
