The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a Starbucks next door, and the best burger place on the planet is across the street. Two parking spaces are provided. The unit is blocks from Enloe hospital, a few more block to CSU Chico and downtown.

The unit comes with everything except food. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is soap and shampoo in the bathroom and laundry soap for the washing machine.
