Two steps up to our front sidewalk, go to the RIGHT side of the house, you will then see your private key code lock entrance on the SIDE of the house. You have arrived at your safe, ultra-cozy, lower-level oasis! The whole apartment is your private home away from home. Come on in and make yourself at home:)

Welcome to a superbly walkable historic residential neighborhood, with an amazing array of architecture and tree-lined streets to explore. Plus, right down the street from Cherokee Park on one end, the other end of the street has eclectic Bardstown Road, with its eclectic plethora of shops, restaurants & galleries.

Our place is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every guest's visit. We are committed to ensuring your stay is a healthy one, promising pristinely fresh clean ALL WHITE linens, towels, and every surface sanitized.

My husband & I live upstairs. We try our best to be ultra-quiet and are, however, footsteps will be heard on occasion as we live here.

The Highlands are known for their gorgeous older tree canopies, as well as the stunning array of older homes so full of character and beautiful architecture lining the streets, ready for you to explore. This super cozy newly updated private entrance oasis is within a short walking distance to charming Bardstown Road's "Restaurant Row" a foodie's dream, and a multitude of fun galleries and shops. With free front-of-house street parking. We are also conveniently located a short drive to Churchill Downs, Downtown Louisville, NuLu, Yum Center, KY Fair & Expo, Palace, U of L, Bellarmine, and the Airport. We are steps away from the gorgeously designed Frederick Law Olmstead Cherokee park for your own explorations or to hike, golf or bike in a lush wonderland of parkland. Our place is centrally located to so many areas in Louisville for visitors.
