Great very cozy 480sqft studio apartment 10 minutes from downtown Savannah & 10 minutes from Tybee island beaches! Your right in the middle of everything Savannah has to offer in a safe residential neighborhood. Close to golf, boat ramps, plenty of local restaurants, bars, and markets. We live in the main house but will give you the upmost privacy or be there to answer any questions you may need. This is a detached apartment in our courtyard above our workshop but you will never be disturbed.

The space
Detached garage apartment above our workshop but will never be noisy during guest stays. Pet friendly with fenced yard on Wilmington Island. We have our pooch Loretta so hope you are a dog lover! Please dont leave your pet in yard unattended.
