-Grill Use: $75 One-Time Fee
Grill use can be added for a one-time $75 fee for the entire stay. This includes use of the grill, grill cleaning, and reimbursement for one propane tank exchange.
We keep two propane tanks on site—one for the grill and one for the fire pit. Tanks may be full or empty depending on previous guest use, so if the grill tank needs propane, you can exchange it at the local Publix about 5 minutes away. Simply send us a photo of the receipt, and we’ll reimburse one tank exchange, usually around $25.
-Pool & Spa Heating: $40/day
Enhance your stay with 24/7 pool and spa heating. Unlike many properties that only heat during set hours, we keep our system running around the clock for more consistent temperatures.
Our target temperatures are:
Pool: 84°F
Spa/Hot Tub: 104°F
Pool and spa heat must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and may not be available at all times.
Cold Weather Note: Pool heaters work through heat exchange, so during extreme cold fronts, especially below 55°F, the spa and pool may not reach the target temperatures. The spa will still heat warmer than the pool, but during uncommon colder weather below 50°F, we cannot guarantee pool heat. If pool heat is requested during cold conditions and does not reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be issued.
For equipment safety, the heater may temporarily shut off automatically during very cold weather when the system is working overtime. This allows the pump to recover and continue operating efficiently.

-Pool & Spa Heating: $40/day
Enhance your stay with 24/7 pool and spa heating. Unlike many properties that only heat during set hours, we keep our system running around the clock for more consistent temperatures.
Our target temperatures are:
Pool: 84°F
Spa/Hot Tub: 104°F
Pool and spa heat must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and may not be available at all times.
Cold Weather Note: Pool heaters work through heat exchange, so during extreme cold fronts, especially below 55°F, the spa and pool may not reach the target temperatures. The spa will still heat warmer than the pool, but during uncommon colder weather below 50°F, we cannot guarantee pool heat. If pool heat is requested during cold conditions and does not reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be issued.
For equipment safety, the heater may temporarily shut off automatically during very cold weather when the system is working overtime. This allows the pump to recover and continue operating efficiently.
