Sleeps a maximum of 4 persons, with one double bed in the main bedroom and one double sofa bed in the study. A travel baby cot is also available for infants aged up to 2 years.
Newly refurbished throughout, the apartment consists of a double bedroom; a contemporary styled living room with television, dvd player and iPod/iPhone speaker dock; an open-plan kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher; a level-access shower room and toilet; and a study with comfortable fold out sofa bed.
All bath towels are provided, as well as sheets and bedding for the two double beds and baby cot. Laundry facilities and wi-fi are also available.
Located on a quiet residential street near Fulham Broadway, the flat is close to a cosmopolitan mix of shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs. North End Road Market, a typical London street market, selling a range of fresh food, clothing and household items is located at the end of the street.
Easily accessible to the Underground at Fulham Broadway (7 minutes walk - District Line), West Brompton (7 minutes walk - District Line, Overground Line and National Rail to Gatwick) and Earl’s Court (a further 3 minutes walk from West Brompton - Piccadilly Line to Heathrow or St Pancras Eurostar Terminal).
The London Underground District line provides direct access to many London top tourist attractions including the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben at Westminster; the Tower of London and Tower Bridge at Tower Hill; the London Eye across the Thames from Embankment; and Buckingham Palace at St James's Park station.
Alternatively, the Piccadilly line provides direct access to Harrods at Knightsbridge, as well as Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square and Covent Garden for West End shopping, theatres, restaurants, bars and clubs.

Apt was lovely and exactly as shown in the pictures. Neighbourhood was safe and clean with good amenities and restaurants around. Even a cineplex closeby. Wayne was also very helpful and contactable throughout the stay.
Wayne's Fab Fulham Flat was indeed fabulous. It was fashionably and tastefully furnished and decorated, providing every amenity that we needed for our stay in London. Situated in an interesting cosmopolitan locale, the flat was a walk just minutes away from Fulham Broadway station on the Underground. Wayne himself made sure, via contact before and after we arrived and then just before we departed, that everything was in order and we had all we needed. Directional guidance to assist our arrival and information notes awaiting our arrival were entirely adequate. We highly recommend Wayne's flat.
Wayne's place is simply superb. It is a beautiful and spacious apartment located close to 2 subway stations as well as multiple buses. It is incredibly spacious with a good sized bedroom, living area, bathroom and a second living/study area. Check-in and check-out were extremely easy and Wayne was most accommodating with our early check-in. It is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops and Wayne has left an extensive information folder in the apartment. We loved coming home each day and were disappointed when we had to leave. My husband and I were so impressed we have taken some of Wayne's styling/renovation ideas to use when we renovate our own place! Thanks Wayne!
Wayne's was perfect for our stay. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Location was great, too. Lively neighbourhood, a lovely street market just around the corner, perfect if you like cooking with fresh produce. Underground station 5 minutes away. Highly recommend it.
Also Wayne was always prompt to answer our emails, check-in and checkout times flexible.
Will definitely stay there again!

This apartment is very clean and well equipped. Convenient & modern. We enjoyed our stay here. The guidebook of the owner was very helpful to explore the good local shops.
The flat is located in a strategical area of Fulham (one of the quietest and nicest zone of central London), sorrounded by many shops and supermarket. From there you can quickly reach to most popular attractions of the city, by tube or bus.
In addition, the flat is very beautiful, clean and comfortable. It has got everything you might need including dish washer, microwave oven ecc..and everything in perfect state!
Plus the owner is very kind and ready to help you with any question during your stay.

Great flat, look just like the pictures. Very good location, only 5 min walk from the Fulham Brodway tube station. It was easy to find and access with Wayne's (website hidden) Wayne suggested I used the Easybus from GAtwick Airport that dropped me 5 min away from the flat,very convenient.Only to recommend.
