I really can't understand the meaning of this comment, which seems quite stupid to me: it is correct, the surrounding streets of Trastevere are very busy but not Via della Cisterna, so there is no problem neither at night nor during the day...

Same for the heat: if you come in Rome when the temperature is 37°C it is quite obvious that it is really hot... but EVERYTHING is really hot, not just my room, all the more as it he room face north so there is no direct sunlight...
If you don't want to keep the AC on at night the solution is quite easy: you switch it on just to cool up the room and then you switch it of once there is no more humidity (which makes you feel much hotter than it is...).

This guy's way of interpreting the world is quite original...
