Located on the oldest street in downtown St. John's, in a 125 year old building. On a bus route, but if you're looking to spend time downtown surrounded by what makes St. John's unique, you're already there. Everything is in walking distance; George Street, Quidi Vidi Lake, Bannerman Park and Signal Hill are close by favourites. If you’re driving there is parking across the street at the Alt Hotel’s underground parkade (pay to park).
