the home of Grace is very convenient and comfortable in a location away from traffic, yet convenient to amenities. It has hosted for a month my in-laws and we were satisfied with the availability 'and kindness of the hostess. Thank you Grace!
Very good experience. We love the house, the location, and Grace was a great host!
My wife and I and and our two daughters had a really good stay at Grace's place. The place was exactly as we had expected a perhaps a bit better. Perfect location, no far from shops and the beach and yet very quiet.
Very clean and comfortable.
Grace is a great host and she made us feel at home.
Loved it and would recommend it to anyone.
My two brothers and I stayed at Grace's Tudor for four nights in mid-August. The place was clean and spacious, with sleeping room for four. It is at semi-basement level. There was a utility room with a washer and dryer; a kitchen with a full-size fridge and freezer and cooking utensils; a bathroom with all the basics; a bedroom with a large bed (queen size, I think); and a common room with a pull-out bed and plenty of seating. We parked right out front of the house and never had difficulty finding a spot. The neighborhood is tranquil and upscale. Public transportation was convenient, with one bus stop on the same street as the house and several others within walking distance. (Depending on the day, it took us about 30 to 45 minutes to get to downtown Vancouver from the house.)
I am an interior designer, love arts, music and travelling.
I travel regularly for business purposes so I completely understand the "other side" of this. Clean spaces, comfortable bedding, and reasonable prices are my three go-to criteria when I am choosing my Airbnb locations.
I offer all three of those and more because I know how important it is to have a comfortable place to stay when you are travelling.
