  • I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this location for my first trip to Asheville. It was in walking distance of some tasty dining options and a short drive from downtown Asheville. Monroe was very communicative and flexible as our arrival time was delayed. He offered comfy accommodations and suggestions for "To Dos" around Asheville. The garage-turned-apartment is a creative and welcoming use of space. Overall, we had a great experience!

  • Our first Airbnb!! A great stay at the garagment, It was such a cozy and warm space on our rainy trip to Ashe ville. Monroe was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed! There was although, someone living above the space, and woke us up a few times in the middle of the night. Right down the road to the Appalachian School of Holistic Herbalism which I would have loved to stop in!

  • Being our first airbnb experience, we were more than pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and warm greetings from Monroe. We were given recommendations for local food spots in downtown and West Asheville and also found a swing top bottle of water, coffee and cream waiting for us in the refrigerator. It was as advertised a great location to explore Asheville and was impeccably clean. All in all, I don't think we will find another bnb comparable and we can't wait to return!

  • Monroe was very prompt to answer my questions and really helped us out in very short notice. He was there ready to show us around when we arrived. The space was perfect for me and 3 of my friends. The kitchen was stocked with necessary dishes and cookware to make our meals as well as tea and coffee. The shower and laundry machines were an added bonus. The place was very well designed and felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place especially since it was very close to downtown Asheville and sites in West Asheville.

  • As promised, this is a great location for exploring Asheville. Some really excellent cafés and restaurants are within walking distance - I recommend the Admiral and West Street Bakery. The accommodations themselves are clean, easy to find, and pretty spacious. The kitchenette is well equipped, so you could definitely cook meals there if you want to save a little money.

  • We had a great time in Asheville and were very pleased with Monroe's apartment. It was a very easy self check in which worked well for us because we arrived very late due to bad weather. Monroe was very responsive to our texts and we had everything we needed for our short visit. The location was great for exploring Asheville! We slept well and enjoyed the conveniece of our kitchenette. We hope to return to Asheville for a longer visit next time.

  • This was a nice property that was extremely close (1-3 miles) to both East Asheville and downtown Asheville. The apartment was well-furnished and comfortable. Upon arrival, we were provided a rundown of local restaurants and venues that might be of interest, all of which we ended up loving! The only drawback we faced was that, due to the change from winter to spring, there were a few ants in the kitchen area. Monroe was responsive to this concern and took care of the problem quickly. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay here.
