A quirky little granny annex in very quiet neighbourhood 7 minutes from Exeter. Ideal for someone working away or ideal for a couple who like to explore the glorious Devon countryside. The Lamb Inn in Silverton is 2 miles away and the community owned Stoke Canon Inn is also a mile away. Both serve excellent food, however, you have full use of your own kitchen if you wish to use them. The owners accommodation is attached to this annex and you have a private parking space and entrance.
