  • Great neighborhood . The place was quaint and well kept .

  • Fantastic place. Fantastic location. Fantastic assistance from host. Would definitely stay again on my next trip to Boston.
    A real gem - thank-you!

    March 2014
  • Our experience working with Kim was fantastic. Her instructions were detailed and she was extremely quick about communication. The apartment was amazing and has definitely left me wondering why I'd ever stay in a hotel again while in Boston. The breakfast-ready fridge was an unbelievably awesome extra touch, and the location is prime.

  • Kim was amazingly easy to work with. She was very quick to respond to requests and questions. The key exchange was very easy plus she was able to give us great advice on places to eat and things to see.

The Apartment was perfect. Very clean and homey. Walked in the door, made a cocktail and sat in the bay window watching the snow fall…it was perfect. The location is excellent, we walked from the train station without issues and even hoofed to The Garden to catch a bruins Hockey game. Kim's place is the only place we will ever stay when visiting Boston… It's 4 blocks from the neighborhood bar that "Cheers"was based off of, what more can you ask for!!??

  • Staying here is like staying with a family member who is letting you stay at her at her place while she's out of town. The cupboards are full of food, the fridge is fully stocked, there's a small bar, and she's told you to "help yourself."
This studio (with a separate kitchen and a small bathroom) is in a great location. It was comfortable and quiet. Kim's unique home decor make it much more interesting stay than a cookie cutter hotel room. TV, laptop, phone, wifi are also included.
Close to the T and so many stores, shops, and restaurants. Kim was communicative and available via text for any questions. We would stay here again in the future.

  • We have a rental on Airbnb and it is always interesting to be in the opposite position as a renter. Kim's place is charming, very well located and has all bases covered such as breakfast options, shampoo choices, sewing kit and everything you might need that you suddenly realize you didn't bring.
We were there during a "hurricane" and it was cozy and comforting. Kim called to be sure we were well. Anybody would be pleased with their stay.

    November 2012
  • Stayed at kim's place for 6 days, which was ideal. It had everything you need, was like a little home away from home: drinks in the fridge, laptop with Wifi, a printer to print your boardingpass, cable tv, movie, music.

Apart from that location was ideal, close to T, shops, restaurant and Charles river!

    September 2012
  • My wife & I had an excellent stay in Boston with this apartment as our home away from home. Kim responded to our reservation inquiry immediately and everything went very smooth overall.

Great apartment in one of the nicest and quietest areas of Back Bay, yet couldn't be more central - walking distance to nearly everywhere you could want to go in Boston (and great access to public transport in all directions). I highly recommend this apartment for anyone, or any couple, looking for ideal accommodations in Boston. Enjoy!

    July 2012
  • Great Location, we were able to do most of our Boston visit by foot! Super charming apartment with a comfy bed. The little extras like breakfast and toiletries (in case you forget some), made our stay really homey. Kim made check-in and check-out really simple. All around fantastic.

    May 2012
  • Nice apartment, well equipped. Wonderful hospitality by Kim. Extra-generous breakfast. The are is great: ancient buildings very central, close to everything. At the same time quiet and peaceful.
I would like to go back today!

    Thank you Kim
