A small but cozy summer house with garden located in a very quiet part of Nea Makri minutes away from the sea.
The house has been for many years a family summer house and still is used in such a way for some weekends in the year.
Some closets have been kept for personal items but the rest will be available for use.

The space
Ideal for families or frequent travellers, Koko's summer house is a very cozy summer house with spacious garden located in a very quiet part of Nea Makri minutes away from the sea. The house consists of 3 spacious bedrooms, dinig room,living room kitchen and WC, it has been for many years a family summer house and still is used in such a way for some weekends in the year.
Some closets have been kept for personal items but the rest will be available for use.
Sheets, towels, utensils etc are provided and you can always make use of the BBQ. The property has a private parking ( big enough for at least 2 cars) and a gardener takes care of the garden on a weekly basis. It is located minutes away from the beach ( 5 min walking) and very near from the center of the town ( less than 1km) where you can find plenty of nice restaurants, cafes and local stores to satisfy your every need.
The location of the house is very near to the airport ( you need 25' by car) and to Rafina's port ( 10' by car). Nea Makri in general is an area that gives the sense of a coastal village but on the same time it is very near to Athens center.
It's an ideal option for families,travellers and shopping enthusiasts since is also very near to the biggest shopping outlet of Greece.
