The space
This large studio + bicycle for one is ready with everything you need including a flat screen SMART TV with ROKU and WIFI. There is a comfortable queen bed with fluffy pillows and high thread count sheets, a couch, a well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with tub & shower, a cozy gas fire place, fans, and a large, covered patio with couch and two garden chairs for you to enjoy.

There are beach towels, beach chairs, a parasol and a cooler for you to take to the beach.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric water kettle, teapot, toaster, and all pots, pans, plates, glasses and utensils needed. Do your own cooking and buy your supplies at the nearby Whole Foods, Erewhon, Ralphs, Smart & Final OR immerse yourself in the Venice lifestyle and walk over to one of the many great restaurants on Abbot Kinney Blvd. (5 blocks), Rose Ave. (2 blocks) or Main Street Santa Monica (5 blocks).

Vacationers, business travelers or guests visiting family and friends, this large studio provides a clean, airy and comfortable setting for your stay in Venice Beach.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow pets as we are highly allergic to dog dander. We will charge a $500 deep cleaning fee if necessary.

The property is full of trees and plants that offer shade from the California sun. There is also a cool outdoor shower where you can wash away a day at the beach.

We have bicycles available (helmets & locks included) for you to explore the neighborhood with.

What can you do in Venice? Too much to mention here! Venice Beach is mostly unique for its beach, nightlife and shopping and just 'hanging out'. It is also great for walking, biking, jogging and roller blading. Don't forget to visit the Venice Canals, the Venice Walkways and of course the Venice Boardwalk.

Other things to note
Parking is free street parking in our residential street. We park our own cars in the street as well. We never have a problem securing a spot. It can get a little crowded on busy beach weekends but overall there is always a spot to be found. On Monday and Tuesday from 8 - 10 a.m. is street cleaning so it is paramount you read the street signs and make sure you park your car on the correct side of the street to avoid a parking ticket. Please do not park in front of our driveway or house as we need these spaces to load/unload trucks for work.
