This vacation rental comprises of a secure entry system through a security code inter phone, a spacious high ceiling open plan living area, wafting white window linens, fully equipped modern kitchen, an opulent bedroom with a double bed and walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

Our Notting Hill Gate apartment kitchen is fitted with all the amenities you can possibly need during your stay. A state-of-the- art oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, stove, washing machine, water kettle, and a coffee machine is what you’ll find in your kitchen. Along with all these appliances, you will also find the kitchen cabinets and drawers equipped with all the basic kitchen utensils needed for cooking a nice meal. From cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, knives, wine glasses and chopping boards, you will find everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal.
Master Bedroom Facilities:
The bedroom has ample storage space with built-in wardrobes, a double size bed and bedside lockers. Extra bed linen is provided, should you need to replace your bed sheets during your stay.
This holiday rental has a walk-in shower in the bedroom and a separate toilet with mirrored cabinets to neatly store all your toiletries. The heated towel rail will ensure you always have warm dry towels to use. Extra towels are also available in the cabinets.
Living Room Facilities:
The spacious open plan living room has comfy large sofas, a dining table, 4 chairs, a sofa-bed and a flat screen TV.

THE FORMAL BITS;
1. No smoking inside but you can smoke on the roof terrace
2. Dogs are allowed, so long as a well behaved owner is with them.
3. Please have consideration for neighbours. Guests must leave apartment in the same condition as they find it, except for normal usage and cleaning. Guest agrees to pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items. For example: cushions, artwork, kitchenware, linens, towels, smoking, new lock if keys lost.
5. Flight delays/cancellations/emergency situations will not result in refund of monies.
6. Internet is offered free of charge. In the unlikely event this is not working, there will be no refund.
7. A legible email copy of drivers licence and passport is expected prior to arrival.
8. PRIVACY: We strive to respect the privacy of our guests during their stay and unless requested by you we will not typically contact you during this period.
In this case, if you arrive and find something that seems inadequate (eg. something broken/missing/cleanliness etc) please contact me immediately so that I can resolve the issue. If you do not contact me immediately, I will assume that everything is fine and therefore be unable to resolve the issue. In this case, no refund will be offered at a later date.
9. ILLEGAL/ ANTI-SOCIAL ACTIVITY: Guest agrees that he/she will not use this apartment to engage in illegal activity or to behave in an anti-social manner. The guest agrees not to throw loud parties or engage in other acts that could cause damage to the property or cause disturbance to my neighbours. Failure to comply with this may result in the immediate exclusion of the guest without any recompense for any future rental paid.
10. KEYS: We give one set of keys to the guest. Please do not give out these keys to any other person.

This listing is one of several London apartments run by a company called Uber London Apartments. When you book, you will receive an automated reply from this company. You will not necessarily receive a personalised email and I did not hear from Keiran as apparently he was on holidays. You will then be asked to make contact with them through their company email address to confirm the booking. I didn't receive a reply from the 2 emails I sent, however I think they were very busy due Keiran being away. Having said that, I did receive 2 phone calls from a Jamilah on the day of our arrival and she was quite lovely. We were then met at the apartment by the maintenance guy who gave us a quick tour and run down of the apartment features.
First of all, this apartment is in the Porchester Square area and is about a 10 min walk from Hyde Park. It is convenient to the Underground, buses, restaurants and a supermarket. Despite the great location though, it is right above a busy intersection and thus VERY noisy, particularly when you're trying to sleep at night. Also the second bed is a roll away bed in the living area. It sleeps 1 comfortably but would be very tight for 2 people. The living area also only has light see through curtains. There is an orange street light right outside the window, so trying to sleep on the second bed is like trying to sleep in the middle of the day. Having said that, the main bed is much roomier and more comfortable and has decent curtains. Also, you can only check in between 4 and 8 pm on the day of arrival. If you want to arrive earlier, the apartment is usually not available and arrivals after 8 pm will incur a £50 extra fee. This is not made clear until you've booked. So this place was clean and has a great location. However if you're a light or even medium sleeper, I'd think again.
With that said, I think if you have a problem during your stay, Jamilah is available on the phone and what she can to solve your concerns.
Great location! The flat was clean and laid out nicely. The street is busy but has several markets and good restaurants nearby. It was a bit loud due to street noise at night (we suggest ear plugs). The flat was a little tight for 2 adults with 2 kids. We appreciated that they allowed us to check in early!
The apartment was accurate to the pictures, a nice design, comfortable, clean and tidy - a nice little city pad with the added extra of a decent size terrace. The location is good, convenient to restaurants, grocers, and buses/tubes.
Check in was easy and Jamilah was very pleasant and friendly, I would definitely book again.

The apartment is nice, clean and comfortable. The location is very central and convenient, minutes away from convenient stores and tube stations, walking distance from several London "hot spots". The only downfall would be the constant noise from the busy street corner right below. Our host (Charles Coker) was very nice and accommodating. So, unless you are a light sleeper, I would definitely recommend this place...
