  • Nils' apartment is nice and ideal to start exploring Berlin. Conveniently located close to the u bahn station it is (email hidden)ly and young neighborhood.

  • It was really nice to stay at Nils' charming place. It was clean, very quiet, comfortable, with some cute details and there was everything we needed to cook a decent meal in the lovely kitchen.

Unfortunately we couldn't use the beautiful garden, because it was under construction. But it wasn't that noisy and since we stayed over a long weekend, it almost didn't bother us.

Nils is a great host. He is very friendly, helpful and he was flexible with the check-out hour and he responded to all our questions very quickly.

Nils recommended us a really cheap place to rent bikes, which is not so far from his place. And his location in Neukölln is just perfect to discover Berlin by bike.

We enjoyed our stay and would come back!

  • Nils is a great host and we simply love his appartment and the area of Neukölln.

It's the second time we stay at Nils' place, but I'm sure it wan't be the last time!

We can't wait to come back.

  • The apartment was charming, quiet, private, and clean. The area is up-and-coming Neukölln, and still has a lovely mix of old-school residents with new-comers (students, artists, etc).

When I was there, there was a bit of construction in the entrance court of the building, but it was minor and temporary, and there was no noise at all.

Nils was friendly, flexible, and responsive to any questions and requests before and during my stay. I highly recommend this place!

  • Very nice location! :)
Nils was flexible with check-in and check-out times and that really helped.
The apartment was nice, very simple but comfortable.

  • Nils was a lovely host who introduced himself to us at the flat the first day and then let us explore Berlin from his lovely apartment. The neighbourhood itself wasn't perfect (but where is!) but Nils house was a love place to come back to and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We wish we could have made more use of the outdoor garden as it was a lovely space but unfortunately Berlin's weather had other plans for us. We would recommend this place in a heartbeat if you are looking for a cool home that's a little bit out of the hustle and bustle of Berlin.

  • Stayed in Berlin for 3 nights. Amazing city

    May 2013
  • We stayed for four days at Nils'. The place was clean, full of light and in a lovely area. The garden is huge which we could not really take advantage of as it was painfully cold but it was still beautiful to see. Nils was there to greet me early in the morning and was extremely helpful and responsive before we got there. I highly recommend this place and Nils to you. Neukölln is in full gentrification mode so it's full of cool little bars and restaurants.
