Great hosts and a lovely house very close to the town centre. Carmel and Toddy were very welcoming. Couldn't have picked a nicer place to stay!
Carmel was a very nice host. There was slight confusion on their end about the room costings but I'm sure they will sort this out with AirBnB soon for future guests. Overall very pleasant stay in Wexford.
My boyfriend and I had the most amazing stay at Toddy & Carmel's. We were there for a weekend and had made last minute reservations which Carmel was happy to accommodate.
We had great communication already prior to our stay and were even treated to homemade pizza for dinner. The welcome was amazing and little Milo (their gorgeous dog) was such a blast to have around and not a bother at all.
The house and area where they live is just breathtakingly stunning and super close to the town center. Our ensuite room was just perfect with everything clean, fresh and available (toiletries etc). The view from the bedroom was so pretty overlooking their back garden and town.
Every morning we were treated to fresh fruit, muesli, yoghurt, fresh bread and coffee, yum yum!
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, friendly and homely vibe and a host and hostess who you just fall absolutely in love with.
Thank you so much Toddy, Carmel and Milo for making our first trip to Wexford an absolute memorable one! We miss you guys, take care :)

We had a very pleasant stay with Carmel and Tully and enjoyed their company too – a bit of chat here and there, always helps to feel at home. The room was very quiet, very comfortable and plenty of healthy natural options too for breakfast. We felt very welcome, might come back soon and keep exploring Wexford surroundings! :)
We had a nice 1 night stay in Carmel's place in Wexford
Carmel was very nice and friendly and left us with ample food for us to prepare tea/breakfast
The place was clean and spacious with plenty of room for our party
The jigsaws provided for the kids were enjoyed by all.
Had a very lovely stay at your house, and a very good diner with a very good talk as well. Didn`t feel like "professional" BnB at all, because you offered a really familiar atmosphere, which I very much appreciated. Thanks a million to the both of you (& your dog) - also for the electrical bed cover!!! :))
Wish you a pleasant journey to Nice!
About the Host, Carmel
I am a middle-aged marriage/relationship therapist and wedding facilitatior, who would happily live on a beach if I could. Which is why I've selected this property to live in. I've been married to Todd for a long time (we'll actually be celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary soon). He's a newspaper editor and pianist.
We have been travelling independently for years and we particularly love France. We had a camping car for many years and had lots of great holidays there, including Provence. We love lots of sunshine, good company, nice wine and food - la dolce vite! we hope our home will allow people visiting Co. Wexford a little bit of said Dolce Vite....We speak a little French, Spanish, Italian.
