Space, Location and Serenity! Amazing home beautifully situated on an acre and a half and only 1.5 miles to Main Street Downtown or head in the other direction and you are only 4 miles to the East Entrance of the National Monument. This oasis of nature overlooks the Lunch Loops Trails, has views of the Grand Mesa and the Nat'l Monument and is even frequented by deer. We have 5 bedrooms 5 baths with a pool table and over 3,000 square feet of living space waiting for you and your companions.

The space
Sophorn and I have have been renting the Little Park Road Retreat AirBnB for over 4 years now with great success. We have chosen this house for its size, it's location and it's seclusion with a view for our next project. Currently the house is a 5 bedroom 5 bath house, with a pool table. After renovation is complete it will be over 3,300 sq. ft. with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms.

I came to Grand Junction in 2014 on the recommendation of a friend and fell in love with the area. I enjoy hiking on the many trails in the Colorado National Monument, watching sunrises and sunsets from my patio and conversing with good company. I've traveled extensively, especially to Cambodia and Thailand and love to explore new places when I get the chance. Cambodia is where I met my wife Sophorn. I really enjoy working with my hands and have used my skills in remodeling to make improvements to this house and together with Sophorn we try hard to make this house a nice home away from home for fellow travelers.
