Our home is welcoming, spacious, light and airy. You can share our kitchen, dining room and laundry as well. You can also enjoy the enclosed backyard patio and gas grill.

The space
Make our place your base for exploring Albuquerque and Santa Fe! But don’t let our spacious, rural feel fool you. We’re located just a little northwest of Albuquerque within minutes of great restaurants, stores, coffee shops and other amenities. We’re just 3 miles from the village of Corrales where you will find shops, art galleries, restaurants and more. Old Town Albuquerque is an easy 25-minute drive and Santa Fe is just 50 freeway minutes from here. You can also walk the Bosque trails by the Rio Grande. A trail head is 2.5 miles away. The Balloon Fiesta Park is about 15 minutes away. We often see balloons from our front or back patio tables while sipping our morning coffee.

We have Netflix, Hulu, Acorn and Amazon Prime. We don’t have cable or network TV. Wifi is available.

We do have a small friendly dog in the house.

My husband Bill and I partner in welcoming guests to our home. We love life, people, and traveling, especially using AirBNB to see neighborhoods and homes we would never see otherwise. And the people we meet that way are great. New Mexico has always been one of our favorite places to visit and explore -- and now we live here! We hosted Airbnb in Minneapolis for six years and were Super Hosts. We've just opened our lovely suite and have few reviews so far, but rest assured that we will treat you well and provide a great place for you to stay. (See reviews from our other home below.)

I am a life coach who brings the beauty, power, freedom and spirit of the horse to help clients navigate change and live lives of joy and fulfillment. I work with people from all over the world. I am delighted to be collaborating with the nearby Tamaya Horse Rescue and Stables to offer coaching and workshop experiences. Let me know if you'd like to book a session while you are here. I also have a horse of my own, Blue Angel, who lives about a mile down the road.

Bill is a craftsman/handyman who, before retirement, had his own business making people's homes beautiful and more livable. Now he is working his magic at our home here in New Mexico. The unexpected joy of living here for Bill is crewing for several balloon pilots in the area. You'll find him up bright and early each weekend helping launch and land balloons and loving every minute of it!
