Although we would prefer 2 guests per stay, we can accommodate up to 3 as there is an extra single cot.
Please notify us in advance if you need a late check in past 9pm. We don't live near the apartment so special arrangements need to be made if you're coming in late.
As the booking is generally quite busy, we ask that guests try and leave the place as clean as possible when leaving. Cleaning turnover time can be quite short and we would hate other guests to wait due to a departing guests untidiness. Plus, we are both neat-freaks!
Please respect the neighbors by being kind, considerate, and try to keep volume to a reasonable level. Our strata council issues a $200 fine for noise complaints; guests would be responsible for this charge if they're the source of the complaint.
We had a pleasant stay. The location gave easy access to the City via bus and on foot. The neighbourhood was relatively quiet with a nearby supermarket & Cafe!
The flat well kitted out with excellent Kitchen Aid appliances; the oven having a particularly intuitive user interface, much better than anything I have seen in Europe. All in all the flat was great.
Great apartment and great location. Just outside of Downtown but on great transport links and with some great local bars, cafes and restaurants. Sarah and Michael were super friendly and very communicative without being intrusive. Perfect hosts!
Great neighbourhood. Condo is small but clean. Building is secure. Good view. Easy to pick up keys & hosts were accessible if we needed them. Pretty much what we expected from the description(except pics make it look bigger than it is). The only improvement I would suggest is needs new bedding & towels. Bed is small.
We really enjoyed staying here. The view of Vancouver's skyline is wonderful and the apartment is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The rooftop garden was a great bonus with an even better view. Although we didn't meet the hosts everything went smoothly and we would absolutely stay here again.
Great hosts, with a great location. Comfortable bed in a clean home. Nice view, close to plenty of bars and restaurants.
Good location for buses all over Vancouver. Modern, open apartment. Worked well for our family of 3.
We didn't realize that we would lose all phone and data service upon entering Canada. This made check-in difficult. I finally found Sarah's phone # and was able to call her from the bar across the street. The Whip was a great place to be stranded for a few hours while we figured it out! Great food, beer, bar tending and friendly folks gave us pointers for during our stay. The apartment itself was just as in the photos except the record player was replaced with some computer speakers. It has a fantastic view, awesome rooftop patio, comfy bed and was very clean.
