The apartment is very spacious and renovated. It is about 100 square meters. If necessary, we have a crib and a travel bed for small children. The large garden can of course be used. On the market square about 150 m away there is a hotel/ restaurant as well as a Franconian economy with a small beer garden, as well as numerous shops. The castle of Greifenstein is in sight and can be easily visited by a short drive or on foot via hiking trails.
There is also a small swimming lake in Heiligenstadt itself, which is often used to cool off in summer.
