You're welcome, Brian, and thanks for the review and pointing that out. I've been gone for a few months. I think you're probably referring to the bottlebrush tree?

Response from Steve:

Thanks for the nice review, Gary. You wouldn't believe how difficult it has been to simply get an estimate to fix the gate. I've made countless phone calls and still haven't gotten an estimate. Two companies have gone out to check it out, but still no estimate. It would not be possible to bend it back into shape, but there was talk of simply replacing the one bent length of tubing. I'll let you know as soon as I get an estimate.

So glad you didn't get hurt, Jennifer! I know the chairs you're referring to and those should definitely not be out for guest use. I don't know why they are. I had a few plastic chairs there that should be used. My apologies.

Thanks for your stay, great review, and suggestions, Eric. We're replacing the door knob and deadbolt with a combination lock. Hopefully, that will work better all the way around. Thanks for reminding me about the sink, too.

Aloha

I made a note in the manual about leaving the door open/mosquitoes and am currently looking for a service that can clean AND replace light bulbs. Thank you for the suggestions.

Yes, we are quite fortunate Intracoastal, that unique little brewery, opened just down the street! Thanks for pointing out a couple of great things about our location, Dave!
