If you want to get the true Moroccan experience, that's the place. In the heart of the Medina, still very close to the main square, my friend and I got to know most of our neighbors, beautiful people. Yes, it's true, the hot tub is downstairs, where Fouzia (she is just lovely) stays. It's true, we didn't use it. It's true we didn't even ask tho. But... Do you really need a hot tub there? There's so many things around,so many people that want to talk to you (for no money) and share their lives with you.. I mean.. who cares about a stupid hot tub?! Yann is super kind and very assertive. My friend and I missed the flight coming back to the desert and he was so quick to call Fouzia back to give us access to the riad! I'm very thankful for that. I will definitely be back there. Amazing experience. Can't say anything bad.

We had an excellent time here! Fouzia really is a saint. She Made is wonderful breakfasts and even did our laundry for us. Thank you Yann and Fouzia!

Very central to the main square. About a 10 minute walk from the medina. Good communication with Yann and great recommendations for attractions and restaurants. Good value.

Yann's place was perfect for our trip to Marrakech. It was close to the medina but still in a quiet enough neighbourhood. Fouzia and her son were very helpful and welcoming, and made us very comfortable. Yann was also vey helpful and accomodating. Communication with him was easy and fast.

Great location, Fouzia and her son were incredibly helpful and communicative. Place was not as spotless as we would have liked, but definitely did the job. Birds keep you company in the riad and act as natural alarm clocks. Wonderful experience.

This place is poor value compared to other airbnbs very close by. We paid £65 a night for this place but only £45 a night for a much nicer place just 100m away or so, which was sadly booked for some of the days we wanted. The listing is inaccurate. The jacuzzi exists but is clearly never used. The listing claims "whole home" but we were only shown around the upper 2 floors, and it was pretty clear that the housekeeper and her son were living in the bottom floor (with the jacuzzi). Therefore the place never felt private and we couldn't totally relax. The washing machine exists but is in a locked room on the roof terrace that says "private" on the door. There are also major safety issues, so the house is definitely not child friendly. Firstly on the roof terrace are some glass windows to the skylight at floor level - these are impossible to lock and an inquisitive child could potentially open one, fall through, and fall about 40ft down through two floors. We had to insist that our kids did not go up there without us. The second safety issue is two outdoor patio heaters that clearly say "for exterior use only" in French, which the housekeeper speaks. They are both INDOORS and presumably intended for heating in winter. They could poison someone with carbon monoxide - colourless, odourless and deadly. There's no carbon monoxide alarm, although one would only cost £20 or so. Finally, we asked for the "included" breakfast at 6h45 one day and was told that it was too early. So we made it ourself. In all - I'd avoid, especially if you have kids or visit in winter. There's much better options nearby.

Welcome to our page.

We live in Florida where we manage 44 vacation properties in the Orlando/Disney area and also own a rental property in Marrakech (Morocco)

We fell in love with our home in 2011 and rented it out to vacationers. We finaly decided to move permanently to Florida and manage vacation homes. Our company's name is Horizon Vacation Homes.

When we visited the property, it was "love at first sight". It's very well located in a quiet and safe street just a few steps away from the famous square PLACE JEMA EL FNA. We met Fouzia almost at the same time... she's now working with us, taking care of all our guests... She's an amazing person, always caring for the others. We're sure you'll love her.

We hope we'll be able to host you in the Orlando area or in Marrakech and make you enjoy the cities and their neighbourdhood.

Don't hesitate to contact us for more information... we'll be more than happy to share with you our passion of Florida and Morocco.

See you soon
