The apartment is situated in a very quiet location in the nature reserve, on the highest point of the small village Raposeira and offers a wonderful view of the sea and an idyllic hill landscape. Due to the central location between Sagres and Lagos, the many beautiful beaches and surf spots on the south and west coast can be reached within 10 minutes. On the sunny south terrace with lounge corner and barbecue you can enjoy your holiday with your family and friends.

Raposeira is a small, still very Portuguese village near Vila do Bispo, between Sagres and Lagos.
The idyllic village location of our holiday home offers peace and Portuguese ambience with immediate availability of shops and restaurants. Tourist centres are nearby. Directly behind the building begins a nature reserve with a beautiful pine landscape, a lake, ideal for hiking or cycling. We recommend a rental car to really get to know the Algarve, because nowhere else in this region are there so many partly still undeveloped and picturesque beaches, both in the rather protected south and on the eventful west coast.
If you want to go out, there is a lot to do in the Raposeira area. Raposeira itself is a very small typical village of the Algarve with some bars and restaurants, a very good pizzeria and a small supermarket ( 1.1 km, 15 min walk ).
Nearby is the town of Vila do Bispo ( 2km, 3 min by car), a small town with many good fish restaurants that you should definitely visit. There is also a Lidl, a pharmacy and other practical shops.
The next bigger place is Sagres ( 9km, 8 min by car), a very relaxed beach town, surrounded by many beautiful beaches, a lighthouse, a historical fortress, markets and a small harbour and many different bars and restaurants, there is something for every taste. There is also a big interarché, a small market hall with fish and vegetable stalls, various surf shops and other shops.
