ALL NEW: Shower/tub combo; large smart TV with Netflix & HBO; fully equipped kitchen with dining area, BRAND NEW STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES & queen size MEMORY FOAM BED as well as a stylish futon sofa! You'll 100% LOVE this place :)

HGTV style REMODEL. Fully equipped! MODERN flooring, paint, lighting, tile work, hardware, tub, appliances, furniture and electronics! Amazing city location right at the heart of Hollywood Blvd, the famous WALK OF FAME. Often times, you can see a Hollywood Blockbuster Red carpet Movie Premiere just steps away from the apartment; the OSCARS are literally a 30 seconds walk away!! At night you can enjoy the fun restaurants, hotel bars and clubs nearby, just up the street from the famous Hotel Roosevelt! All the must do's for LA visitors are centered right there, in walking distance!
High-end memory foam queen size mattress and stylish futon sofa. Large, yet serene pool area with lots of direct sunlight - boutique resort-like! Enjoy a special night with a glass of wine at the outdoor sitting area.
The building complex is very elegant, classic Hollywood, and decorated beautifully. THE BEST NEIGHBORHOOD FOR VISITORS HANDS DOWN, and a lot of fun, full of trendy restaurants, bars, shops, sightseeing -- super convenient!
Guaranteed that you will LOVE this apartment, building, complex and perfect (couldn't be more central) location.
The Apartment is very trendy, and elegant! Beautifully furnished, decorated and fully equipped, and cozy/comfortable with everything you could need during your stay. Large, open concept, brand new full kitchen with white shaker cabinets and Quartz counters, a super cute eating area, stainless steel gas range and large stainless steel fridge, with all cooking and cleaning supplies needed. Large, very beautiful, new, modern bathroom with bathtub/shower combo and all toiletries needed as well, travel lightly :-) -- much bigger / more convenient / at a fraction of the price of a hotel in that area.

If you need an escape, Runyon Canyon is nearby (also walk-able) for a peaceful, scenic hike!
