The space
Fully furnished 2 Bed + loft and 2 Bath home with private balcony for the stellar ocean breeze and sunset views. Plenty of space for up to 6 guests with large main living area with cozy fireplace and TV along with a spacious kitchen with abundant seating & counter space and full kitchen with everything you need to make your own home cooked meals if desired. There is an additional downstairs secondary bedroom and the second-floor loft has balcony access for those sunrise or sunset views! Additional areas to relax include an epoxied back patio and front pavered patio. Further amenities include parking for 2 vehicles, high-speed internet, laundry facilities, linens, and much more. The entire condo has been completely gutted and has a new fresh look. The exterior has been changed to a smooth white stucco with black trim and black stairs. The front yard has been converted to artificial turf.

Inside you will find a brand new gourmet kitchen with subzero and wolf appliances. White cabinets and beverage fridge. The entire home has plank tile flooring, quartz counter tops, all new recessed lighting and chandeliers in every room. The staircase has been converted into floating wood stairs with view railing. There is a stereo system throughout the home and patios. The entire home has central air as well. There is a 3 door panel opening at the main living space off the living room that goes out to a brand new patio. The new patio also provides some shaded parking space on the driveway.
The main level bedroom has an en-suite and there is a sliding glass door installed to access outside.
The master bathroom has a walk in shower with 2 sinks.
The loft has a custom valet for guests staying in this room.

Our location is convenient to everything! Fisherman's restaurant on the pier and fine dining within walking distance. A 10 minute walk to downtown San Clemente with over 30 restaurant and shopping choices. A few of our favorites are Nick's (need to book reservations in advance), South of Nicks, Rocco's, El Ranchito and many more. Enjoy the food, surf and sand. You cannot beat this location.
