Just Opened! Welcome to San Francisco Love Story Guest House. We have a fully remodeled first floor unit that we would like to share with you. We are traveler, business, family and LGBT friendly.
This sunny room is located on the top floor (level 3). It has a very modern bathroom with an excellent private steam room for you to relax in.
You may use the kitchen for light cooking. We also have organic eggs and toasts for you to enjoy. If you like, there are two new bikes for you to explore the city on. Fill up your water bottles with our reverse osmosis water filter, before heading out to explore.
We are available to assist you as little or as much as you wish.
This is a great location for accessing the beauty of San Francisco. We are 1.5 blocks from Golden Gate Park. The Legion of Honor, De Young, Academy of Sciences, Presidio and Ocean Beach are all easily accessible.
There are two bus stops close by (1/2 and 1.5 blocks).
There are free street parking in front of the house and there is no time limit.
No drugs. No smoking of any kind. No hard alcohol. Light drinking of beer and wine are permitted. In general, we ask that guests keep noise levels low after 10 PM. No parties. No new additional guests are permitted after initial booking.
We thank you for not wearing outdoor shoes in the house and not drenching oneself with heavy perfumes and colognes to the point of flammability.
We enjoy sharing our home with kind and friendly people, who are here to take in the city, visit family, or are here for work. If you plan to come and use the house as your base camp for late-night drinking escapades, you will probably do better finding another listing.
Zoe and Shannon's place are super nice, they are thoughtful and friendly. I love love love staying there. There are always treats including breakfast food. Zoe prepared some sweets and a bottle of wine for welcoming gift. When we arrived their house after driving over 9 hours, we feel comfortable and safe. The private room is great, with best bathroom. I also love their beautiful duvet cover! It reminds me of the sweet cream on some cute cupcakes. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us!
My wife and I were traveling down the CA coast for our honeymoon and stopped to stay in San Francisco for a few days. Zoe's place was great. It's in a very nice neighborhood near Golden Gate Park, the shore, and the Presidio (all great places to checkout while in SF). Zoe and her husband were very welcoming and helpful as well. They provided great directions for entry and arrival, and offered us more amenities while there than we could even take advantage of (breakfast, use of bikes, etc). The room was clean, comfortable, and even has it's own steam shower! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Zoe's place to anyone traveling through SF who doesn't want to deal with the hustle & bustle of downtown.
We had such a wonderful time staying at Zoe's place! We enjoyed having such a clean and lovely room on the third floor. We loved taking the bikes out to explore the Golden Gate Bridge, Golden Gate Park, and cruising alongside the ocean. Zoe was extremely helpful with ideas for fun adventures and ways of transportation to our next location in San Francisco. Breakfast was also available every morning which was a great plus!
We had an awesome first-time experience using Airbnb. Zoe was an attentive host and very helpful answering our questions before we even arrived. Although she wasn't able to be there during our stay, she made sure we had everything we needed and were taken care of while we were there. She even checked in on us while she was out of town on her own vacation to make sure we were ok.
The accommodations were as they were described and were awesome! Great bathroom upgrades and lighting in the room. We loved the shower and the bed was really comfortable. The steam shower, Japanese toilet and electronic curtains were all really nice features.
We loved the location. It was a quiet neighborhood and really close to two different bus stops so getting around the city on public transportation was no problem. And, it was only a block to Golden Gate Park which we had a great time exploring. Street parking for the car was free and relatively easy to find close to the house. And, Zoe was nice enough to remind us to turn our wheels to avoid getting a ticket.
The place itself was quiet too. Zoe had friends staying there since she couldn't be there, and it felt like we were by ourselves. We had our privacy yet we also had their phone numbers in case we needed anything. They responded promptly to our texts and were helpful in answering our questions about the buses.
I would definitely recommend staying here and hope that we're able to come back one day!
Our host, Zoe, was wonderful. we didn't spend a lot of time together but she was totally open & trusting with us. She was out walking her puppy when we arrived so she just sent me the code to get in. She was sure to explain how things work...the room is totally modern with a wonderful steam shower, Japanese toilet, and power window coverings. There weer bike available as well. we had access to the kitchen if we wanted it.
Zoe and Shannon were simply superb hosts. My husband and I stayed at their place for 3 nights from 21st Oct - 24th Oct 2014 and they were amazing. The room was clean, beautiful, spacious with lots of light and the shower was divine - especially the built in sauna features! Their place was also so convenient to all main attractions - just a bus ride or cycling distance to the Golden Gate Bridge, fishermans wharf and the city. Zoe was so helpful with the recommendation of eateries, attractions and modes of transport. Shannon too was most helpful and every morning the breakfast he laid out for us was generous. We were also able to use the hosts cycles which was lovely. We really enjoyed staying at Zoe and Shannon's. They are warm and gracious hosts and we felt completely at home in the beautiful house. We highly recommend their accommodation and we will definitely stay with them the next time we travel to SF. 11/10. Just loved it!

About the Host, Zoe (Yuan)
I came to San Francisco in 2007 for my college. I fell in love with this city and I fell in love with a man. We got married and settled down in this beautiful city. We'd love to host you here in our home and share all the love stories in the journey.
I love traveling, beading, and sewing. My husband Shannon and I love to go to San Francisco Botanical Garden and see all the beautiful plants. We love Ollie, our Boston terrier puppy. We love arts, and we love life.
