  • Tim is an Airbnb superstar. He's managed to master how to optimize visits to be what you need. He has several listings and they are designed for different types of visitors, but regardless of who you are and why you are visiting, Tim will accommodate you. I stayed during a winter storm that had me stuck inside, but we made the most of the day and the house I was in had kind cats and a nice dog for entertainment. Bottom line: if you want good value and want someone who's mastered Airbnb - Tim is your guy.

  • Tim is a really cool, helpful and friendly host. We had a nice chat over dinner and I liked how relaxed he was about using his place. It is in an interesting neighborhood and within comfortable walking distance from the Marta train. However, the house was not very clean (dog and cat hair, ongoing reconstruction, general clutter).

  • Tim is a very friendly, very knowledgable host. He's got a huge house in a part of town that's very energetic and accessible to everything. The kitchen is huge and well-stocked with about every kitchen item you'd need - blender, microwave, etc., and the bathroom and bedroom are also super stocked with extra towels, blankets, etc. He's very easy to get along with and super accessible, and he seems to attract guests that are the same. It's fun to stay in a home with a few other guests and interact with people you might never run into - and Tim's house makes it all possible. Plenty of parking, friendly neighbors and a nice housecat and back garden all add to the experience. I would stay here again, esp. if I was touring around town site seeing or on business, so that I could meet more folks in town and connect with them.

  • I had a great time staying at Tim`s Historic Home Downtown and really wished I could have spent more time there. Tim was a great host and did everything for me to feel comfortable and at home. He even picked me up from the train station in the middle of the night and dropped me off there the next day in order to assure that I would not miss my flight. I will surely stay at his place whenever being back in Atlanta. Thumbs up!

  • I stayed @ Tim's place for a week before I relocated to my new place in Atlanta. It's pretty clean and close to the Westend MARTA station. The other guests and cats were friendly and my bed was comfortable. It's a big house with lots of bedrooms, so there was some bathroom competition, but we managed to work it out. Overall, a great place for the price.

  • Must love people and cats - meow :) Our stay at Tim's was above and beyond what we had expected! Tim's place is like a hostel with all the international (and national) guests to interact with but still maintains the comforts of a BNB. How he does it? Who knows - maybe it's by the cozy environment he's created with the cool artifacts and furniture he has around the house. Either way, the bed was super comfy, there was air conditioning, cable, internet, and access to the MARTA line was a less than 10 minutes walk away. As Airbnb hosts ourselves, we enjoyed our conversations with Tim. He is a sweet guy that took time to take us hiking and to our bus stop late at night. We hope to be back in Atlanta sooner than later and when we do return we hope to return to Tim's home. Thanks!

  • Tim is a wonderful host. I have been all over the country and several places in the world and the effort Tim goes to to ensure his guest are comfortable is outstanding. His historic home is clean and very internet friendly. Great jacuzzi and comfortable beds. Marta is not far. I was here for almost 2 weeks and the other guest that came for a night or two were great. Very enjoyable time and I highly recommend this home to stay for a short stay or extended stay.

  • We were beyond pleased as first time Airbnb users! Tim was a fabulous and gracious host--full of charm and knowledgeable about Atlanta and all the city has to offer. The house was comfortable and quiet and the room was clean. The bed was super comfy and parking was a breeze. We loved having access to the kitchen and his fury friends were welcoming. I would highly recommend staying with Tim. Again, Tim is very friendly, overly accommodating, and the location is clean, safe and relaxed.

  • I consider Tim to be a perfect host who pushes the AIRBNB system to its perfection. His dedication is true and he does virtually everything in order to have his guests happy.

Tim rented me his bike for some dollars and is specialized in giving you the right information about whole Atlanta wether you are looking for food, arts, shopping or transporting.

He even offered me a ride to the nearby MARTA station the day of my departure.

I am lookin forward to book again a room with him next year!

Keep up the splendid work. Tim!
I am kind of happy you don't work at your old job anymore! :-)

  • My traveling partner and I were in Atlanta for Music Midtown and enjoyed our stay with Tim! The room was a perfect size for two and we loved our furry hosts as well: Tux, Alvin, and Shadow!! Tim had great recommendations for us for food, drinks, and nightlife. He even let my partner borrow his sandals while his shoes dried from the day's rain. I highly recommend Tim as a host if you're an animal lover looking for a place around the Atlanta area. Thanks again Tim!!

About
I am a very relaxed and easygoing and open minded guy looking to host people and make new friends around the world. I have always wanted to work in the hospitality industry since I was a kid it was a dream of mine to own my own bed and Breakfast. I lived in my home on Tift Ave for almost eleven years. I have hosted many friends and travelers from around the world in my historic home. Now that I found out about Air BNB, I am opening my home to you. I now have four properties close to downtown Atlanta two in historic Capital View neighborhood and two in Historic Adair Park neighborhood. they are both very close to downtown and walking distance from the marta train station and bus stops so Its very easy to get around the city without the need for a car. Several of the homes also can be booked entirely for larger groups.I also have many hostel spaces available great for travelers on a budget. I love to share travel stories drink good wine and eat good food. I like almost anything as far as food goes and red and white white alike as well as a good beer. I really don't have any major rules just be a polite guest as I will be a great host and even show you around if you need me to. I also love the outdoors and know some great places to hike in Atlanta. I also love to cook, drink wine or beers and eat good food and have a Nice large kitchen for you to make yourself at home in as well as each house has a great private backyard and fire pit and large front porches, The house I live at on Tift Ave has a hot tub that's great for skinny dipping and also has 3 cats and a small dog you will love. My other 3 properties do not have any animals unless a guest happens to have one.
